It's not even been a week since we saw Insomniac Games' take on the symbiote suit for Spider-Man 2 and Spidey fans are already adding it into other games starring the webhead.After nearly two years of waiting and staring at the same image of Miles and Peter standing next to each other, Insomniac finally lifted the lid on Spider-Man 2 earlier this week, confirming right off the bat the long-standing rumour that Peter would be getting his hands on the symbiote suit. We saw lots of other things in the gameplay footage, like wingsuits, the reveal that Wraith will be in the game, and more, but that symbiote suit certainly stole the show, even if there are some fans who aren't fond of the design.In fact, Insomniac's unique take on the symbiote suit seems to have made such a big impression that it's already being modded into other Spider-Man games. Earlier today, Twitter user and popular modder Andrew4586 released a mod on NexusMods for Spider-Man: Web of Shadows that adds Insomniac's symbiote suit into the game.[EMBED_TWITTER]https://twitter.com/Andrew4586/status/1662617074911289344[/EMBED_TWITTER]The suit, which can be seen in action thanks to YouTuber DVESF, manages to recreate the look of Insomniac's symbiote suit surprisingly well, even managing to get the controversial fleshy bits that can be seen on the arms, neck, and legs of the suit in Spider-Man 2. This version of the suit might actually be preferable to some Spidey fans, as it's a lot slimmer than the one we see in Spider-Man 2 and doesn't look like a motorcycle helmet mixed with gooey riot armour.If Web of Shadows isn't the Spider-Man game for you and you want something a little more modern then fret not, as NexusMods modder ChanceOfRayne just released a mod for Spider-Man Remastered on PC that brings the sequel's suit into the first game. This is also despite the fact that ChanceOfRayne has admitted that they're "not very happy with how this turned out" - don't get yourself down, Rayne, this suit is great!
