Stadia seems to be letting go of a lot of its former exclusives. Orcs Must Die 3 recently got its release on consoles and PC, and now it's time for Submerged: Hidden Depths to dive off the streaming platform into the vast ocean of the PC platform.

Submerged: Hidden Depths is the sequel to 2015's Submerged, an indie game that received mixed reviews at the time of its release. The game was all about a post-apocalyptic world where climate change and global warming had caused the sea level to rise to where entire cities were completely submerged. Submerged was completely non-violent--you can only explore the world, gather ancient artifacts, and run away from whatever dangers the post-apocalypse presented.

Submerged: Hidden Depths builds on the original with far better graphics and an extra protagonist. You play as Miku and Taku, two young people wandering the world, meeting the strange new creatures that have come since the ecological collapse, and discovering a magical new power that lets them communicate with nature itself.

Just as with the original Submerged: Hidden Depths is completely non-violent and is described as a "relaxploration" game by developer Uppercut Games. Released exclusively on Stadia last year, Hidden Depths recently got a Steam page to herald its impending arrival on PC.

The Steam page doesn't list a release date, but you can wishlist the game now to find out when it becomes available.

Of course, you could always just sign up for Stadia to start playing Submerged: Hidden Depths right away. Google's game streaming platform is still adding features such as the new Crowd Play Beta that lets players play games with their favorite streamers. All you gotta do is link your YouTube and Stadia accounts and if Crowd Play is available, click the button to join in on the fun.
