Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is coming to EA Play on November 10, which happens to be the exact same day the service will be added to Xbox Game Pass. This means anyone who is a Game Pass Ultimate subscriber will likely be able to play the latest Star Wars adventure without dropping a dime.

The new blog post from EA revealed Fallen Order is coming to the service on November 10. It doesn't specifically call it out, but that's the day the service is merging with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. That means – more likely than not –Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers will get access to Fallen Order. We've yet to receive official confirmation from EA that Fallen Order will be included in the crossover catalog, but the timing seems too perfect to be a coincidence.

This September, Sarah Bond, CVP at Xbox, posted to the Xbox blog about the upcoming merger with EA Play. She mentioned that "starting November 10, EA Play will be available on Xbox consoles, including Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X, as part of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and beginning in December, members with an Ultimate or PC subscription will be able to download and play games from the EA Play library on Windows 10 PCs." A few exclusions and exceptions apply, but it seems that the entirety of the EA Play catalog will be up for grabs later this month.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order received rave reviews when it released last November. Some folks found Cal Kestis to be a bit bland, but other than that there were few complaints to go around. Our review said that it "Nail[ed] the feel and aesthetic of Star Wars from beginning to end," and featured "true Metroidvania level design." If we really can access the popular title from Xbox Game Pass, it's sure to one of the most played titles on the service.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will be added to EA Play on November 10 – and hopefully Xbox Game Pass, too.
