Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order set a precedent for boss battles in Star Wars games. Jedi: Survivor turns it up a notch and delivers the type of boss fights you'd expect from a Soulslike title. You'll have to dodge their strikes, attack when the time is right, and use the force to earn the victory.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor has several main boss fights that tie into the story. There are also many bosses you'll casually run into. These could be legendary creatures on a planet or even bounties you can collect. Some are a walk in the park, but others will leave you more than simply frustrated.

10 Darth Vader

Cere Junda faces off with Darth Vader in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

The Dark Lord of the Sith makes a quick appearance in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. It delivers the type of gut-wrenching fear we've come to know from Darth Vader. While it isn't the toughest fight in the game, due to mostly being for story progression, it is far from easy.

In this boss fight, you don't play as Cal Kestis. Rather, you're his mentor Cere Junda. Cere is a powerful Jedi, but you'll have to watch carefully for Vader's attacks to parry them and deliver enough strikes to end the battle.

9 The Ninth Sister

The Ninth Sister stands with her lightsaber out in front of a wrecked and flaming transport ship.

The first true boss fight you come across in Jedi: Survivor is with a familiar face. The Ninth Sister discovers Cal Kestis and his crew on Coruscant. Starting the story by introducing a remnant of Cal's past is an excellent approach.

Though this is meant to introduce how boss fights work in the game, the Ninth Sister is no pushover. There are moments when she becomes invincible, and you have to survive through her assault. Just use your smaller stature and mobility to best her.

8 Mads Gresh And San Dersen

Cal Kestis runs towards a sparring Mads Gresh And San Dersen in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

Mads Gresh and San Dersen are two lieutenants of the Bedlam Raiders. This is one of the hostile factions found on Koboh. As you progress through the story and reach Santar Khri's Observatory, you'll stumble upon the two of them sparring.

Once they see you, the sparring will end, and they'll both attack. Thankfully, you have Bode to help you fight, but things can still get difficult with two lightsaber-wielding enemies. They can also drop grenades that will deal huge damage. Isolate them for the best chance at victory.

7 KLE-0, Masi Finau, And Fenn Finau

Cal rushes towards KLE-0, Masi Finau, and Fenn Finau as he draws his lightsaber.

A side quest in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor has Cal Kestis turning the tables on numerous bounty hunters. They're after him, so he makes sure to get to them first. One of those bounties is a trio of KLE-0, Masi Finau, and Fenn Finau.

You'll find them down a corridor on Nova Garon. The hardest part of this boss fight is, hands down, being outnumbered by enemies with boss-level health. They have ranged weapons, which can hit you in the back while you're fighting another. Go after the humanoids first, then focus on the droid.

6 Skriton

Cal Kestis battles a large Skriton in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

Skriton are found all across Jedha. You'll see creatures moving beneath the sand. Those are who you want to look out for. When you drop into a cavern full of dead Stormtroopers, however, you can't avoid the massive Skriton boss there.

The scorpion-like creature has an impenetrable front pincer. It can block your attacks and grab you. While it holds you, it will viciously and rapidly sting you with its tail. Use your double-sided lightsaber to deal quick damage and utilize Merrin's magical abilities to make this fight as easy as possible.

5 Rayvis

Rayvis scowls at Cal Kestis in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

Rayvis is the leader of the Bedlam Raiders that Cal meets shortly after arriving on Koboh for the first time. It turns out he is more than just a scummy raider. He's the right-hand man of one of Cal's biggest foes in the game.

When you finally face Rayvis, you'll have to compete with size and speed throughout a couple of phases. He's massive and has quite the range with this staff. He can also jet around and use a blaster, leaving you open to all kinds of attacks. Get the Crossguard stance for maximum damage when he's open for a hit.

4 Dagan Gera's Third Fight

Dagan Gera swings his red lightsaber at Cal Kestis' blue lightsaber.

The third fight against Dagan Gera is full of trickery through the force. It is one of the lengthiest boss battles in Jedi: Survivor. He'll have attached a new arm to be fully capable with his lightsaber while sending verbal assaults and hallucinations Cal's way.

For the opening part of the fight, Bode will be there to assist. Later on, Dagan will project more of himself. You can focus on the main one, as he is easy to spot, but that leaves the projections open to damage you. Take care of them and simply wait to parry Dagan's attacks so you can get a few hits in before he starts swinging again.

3 Dagan Gera's Second Fight

Dagan Gera and Cal Kestis lock lightsabers in front of a captive droid.

Dagan Gera will be very weak the first time he scuffles with Cal. The second time, however, he'll be a formidable opponent that will give you trouble no matter what difficulty level you choose. Be prepared to battle the full force of the dark side here.

The fallen Jedi from the High Republic era has a double-bladed red lightsaber but only one arm. Well, he can use the force to attack you with the lightsaber split in two. He also throws half around him as a defensive measure as he attacks with one. You'll need patience with your attacks to win this one.

2 Bode Akuna's Second Fight

Bode clashes his lightsaber with Cal's on Tanalorr in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

Bode Akuna is with Cal from the beginning. He is your partner on just about every mission in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. Unfortunately, he reveals himself to be a former Jedi turned imperial spy. Bode betrays you, and you have to fight him a couple of times, with the second being the last boss battle of the main story.

For this boss fight, you'll have to deal with blaster shots, lightsaber attacks, force powers, and a jetpack. They really throw it all at you here to end things with a bang. This is where you need to use everything you've learned. Switch stances when appropriate, use the force, and pop as many stims as you need to win.

1 Spawn Of Oggdo

The Spawn of Oggdo lays defeated in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

In Jedi: Fallen Order, you take on Oggdo Bogdo, a near-impossible boss on Bogano. An even more terrifying boss fight occurs in Jedi: Survivor with a creature known as the Spawn of Oggdo. The game itself makes jokes about the creature in the database. To find it, you need to drop through a hole that opens in the ground of Fort Kah'lin on Koboh.

The Spawn of Oggdo only has one attack that you can parry. Everything else is unblockable, so you'll have to dodge them. One of its attacks pulls Cal in with its tongue and instantly kills him. It is brutal. Defense is how you'll win this fight. Good luck, and may the force be with you.
