In the five years between Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and its sequel, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, Cal Kestis has changed a lot. Not only has he settled into his role as one of the last remaining Jedi in the galaxy, but he's also got a brand-new, grizzled look courtesy of the ginger beard on his face. Thankfully, Jedi: Survivor comes with a much more detailed suite of customisation options this time around, letting you choose Cal's hair, beard, jacket, shirt, and trousers.

Beyond just being plain fun, it also means that you can get rid of the grizzled look and make Cal look exactly as he did in Fallen Order. Provided you find all of the right outfit parts, that is. There are four distinct parts to Cal's Fallen Order outfit (or Scrapper, as it's called in-game) - the hair, the clothes, the beard, and the poncho. Two of those are pretty simple, while the other two can be a bit more involved, but fret not as we're here to walk you through the whole process and quickly have your Cal looking a little less traumatised.

How To Find The Scrapper Hair And Beard

Cal's Scrapper hairstyle and beard.

Let's get the easiest one of them all right out of the way - the beard. All you need to do to get Cal clean-shaven is go into the customisation menu, highlight the default beard option, and press R2 to give Cal a shave. This makes his face look exactly as it did in Jedi: Fallen Order. You can do this from the moment you get access to the customisation menu.

The next item on the classic Cal Kestis menu is the hair, which is called the "Scrapper" hairstyle. You'll find this look on Koboh, the second planet you visit in the game and by far the biggest. Once you've seen a cutscene where Cal overlooks the valley, you'll find yourself in an area called the Southern Reach.

From the top of the valley, go northeast to the point on the map above, which will usually be marked in yellow to show you haven't visited it yet. Underneath a rock bridge, you'll see an opened sewer grate that leads to a straight path. Go down here and watch out for the enemy that jumps out at you on the right. Once you've dispatched it, open the nearby crate to get Cal's signature swoop.

How To Find The Scrapper Outfit

Now Cal's top half is looking like it travelled back in time, you need to get the rest of the Scrapper outfit. Thankfully, this step is a lot easier than the hairstyle and is pretty much hidden in plain sight. Once again, this outfit can be found on Koboh, and you'll need to follow the main story to unlock it.

All you need to do is progress in the "Find Greez" mission and go towards the saloon that's marked on your map. After some main story shenanigans and a quick boss fight, Greez will direct you to go downstairs and get some rest. Do as he says and go to the room that he's made up for you in the lower part of the saloon.

To the right of the bed, you'll see a big chest that you can unlock - inside it is the full Scrapper outfit, including the jacket, shirt, and trousers. Cal will also comment on how weird it is for Greez to have kept his old outfit for seemingly no reason, which is a nice touch.

How To Find The Poncho

Cal's Poncho in Jedi: Survivor.

With the Scrapper outfit, hair, and beard all sorted, you've pretty much got Cal's old look sorted - there's one part of the outfit left to go, though, and this one is a lot more involved than the rest. We've got a detailed guide on how to find the poncho and get past Oggdo Bogdo's spawn here, but we'll highlight some of the process here too since it's a staple of Cal's original look.

Fort Kah'Lin in Jedi: Survivor.

To find the poncho, you need to go to Fort Kah'lin in the upper North part of Koboh. This area is teeming with B1 Battle Droids and other dangerous foes to go up against, so you should make sure you're pretty used to the combat.

Once here, use your grappling hook to get on the upper levels, and then follow it around to a large amount of droids. Stand on the platform they're on and you'll be dropped into a pit where the Spawn of Oggdo Bogdo fight will begin.

This is an incredibly tough fight, just like the original Oggdo Bogdo fight was in Fallen Order, which we've detailed in the separate poncho guide. Once you beat Oggdo Bogdo's spawn, you can open the chest in the back to find the poncho style, which fittingly shows Cal's infamous pink poncho first.

Chuck that on Cal and you've got every piece of the puzzle to make him look exactly like he did in Jedi: Fallen Order. Well, we'd recommend not having the poncho on because it makes him a walking fashion disaster, but to each their own.
