The end of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order left us all with plenty of questions. Thankfully, many of them were answered with a tie-in novel set after the events of the game. Now, with Star Wars Jedi: Survivor here, we're immediately left with questions after seeing its conclusion.

Quite a few questions going into the game were resolved, but just as many, if not more, were brought up at the end. There's much to look forward to for the future of this series and its beloved hero Cal Kestis. Hopefully, things turn out okay for the young Jedi, but knowing Star Wars, it's unlikely.

10 What Was Koboh Like During The Clone Wars?

Cal sees a downed Lucrehulk ship on the horizon on Koboh in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

Koboh is the hub planet for Cal Kestis and his crew in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. As you explore, you'll find many remnants of the Clone Wars. There's a Lucrehulk, battle droids, and a variety of vehicles the CIS used to fight the Republic during the years-long, galaxy-wide battle.

The planet's first appearance is in this game, so what happened there during the Clone Wars? It would be interesting to have even a bit of data to learn how the planet came to be the way it is. There's no doubt it was due to the brutality the war brought to it, but there's nothing concrete.

9 What Does The Future Look Like For Cal And Merrin?

Cal and Merrin sit together in a cave to wait out a sandstorm in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

Cal and Merrin don't really openly speak about their feelings for one another, but they sure do show it physically. Cal realizes the Jedi Order may be gone for good and that there's nothing wrong with straying from some of its guidelines. That includes the emotional attachment aspect.

The two share multiple kisses in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, and their affection for each other is obvious. If there is a third game, seeing them as a happy family would be nice. Do they introduce force-sensitive children into the world? Or do they prefer not to, so any children don't become targets of the Empire? Their relationship has a lot still to be shown.

8 Where Were The Rest Of The Inquisitorious?

Cal locks lightsabers with the Ninth Sister on Coruscant in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

It is confirmed that Cal's adventure during Star Wars Jedi: Survivor takes place around the same time as the Disney+ Obi-Wan Kenobi series. That gives us some idea regarding what the Inquisitors are doing. Obviously, Obi-Wan Kenobi would be a much higher profile target than Cal Kestis, but with Cal's rebellious actions, it's strange he isn't sought after in this game.

The opening mission on Coruscant sees Cal defeat the Ninth Sister, a returning foe from Fallen Order. He tries to make her remember her time as a Jedi and return to the light side, but he ultimately fails. He strikes her down, and that's the last we see of any Inquisitors. You'd think members of the Empire would put the word out that they've seen Cal on the game's planets. It is just odd that they aren't hunting him whatsoever.

7 Will Cal Take The Place Of Cere Junda?

Cere Junda stands in her rebuilt Jedi archives on Jedha in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

Cere Junda is much more than just Cal's mentor in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. She has relocated to Jedha, a sacred planet to the Jedi. While there, she has started to rebuild the Jedi archives and has created a system of hiding force sensitives and those empathetic to their cause known as the Hidden Path. Well, she is eventually killed by none other than Darth Vader.

That leaves all of her work to be done by her Anchorite followers. Or perhaps somewhere else? After Cere dies, Cal repeatedly mentions helping the Hidden Path by bringing them to Tanalorr. It will be interesting to see if he continues what Cere Junda started. If a time jump happens, we could easily see an older Cal as a renowned Jedi attempting to rebuild the Order and retrieve all its teachings.

6 Who Were The Members Of The Opening Crew?

Cal looks over a hologram of a ship with his Coruscant crew in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

A new crew is alongside Cal during the start of Jedi: Survivor. The only one that survives Coruscant is Bode Akuna. He plays a huge role in the story, but what of the others? The Twins, Gabs, and Bravo are all just there. Each one dies before Cal makes it off the planet, and the Databank has very little information about them.

There are some small mentions of past missions with Cal and this new crew. It isn't enough to get real background on the characters, however. We don't know how they came to work with Cal or what their motives are. The game kills them, and it's like ripping off a Band-Aid. It is very unexpected and leaves them forgotten.

5 Will Cal Dabble In The Dark Side Further?

Cal embraces his darkness with his new ability in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

Eventually, you'll be prompted to embrace the darkness within Cal. He taps into the dark side of the force to defeat a mass of imperial troopers as he pursues Bode Akuna. This unleashes his rage, and he is able to strike down most enemies with a single blow while the ability is activated.

We still see Cal make decisions based on the light side, so he hasn't fully turned to the dark, and perhaps he never will. It does bring up whether he'll embrace the darkness further, though. Many tales in Star Wars have stated that Mace Windu became knowledgeable in the dark side of the force and used it to his advantage as a member of the light. Could this be something we see Cal do in the future?

4 What Else Is In The Abyss?

The Mantis flies towards the Koboh Abyss in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

The entirety of Cal's journey focuses on the hidden planet of Tanalorr. The Koboh Abyss is said to rip ships to pieces if they get too close, but Jedi from the High Republic era were able to make it through. On the other side, they found Tanalorr and looked to make it a haven. Cal does the same once the main story comes to an end.

All we see in the Abyss is the planet Tanlorr. Is there anything else? There could be additional planets or moons with undiscovered species or other secrets that might help Cal on his mission. The Koboh Abyss needs to be explored. A third game detailing those explorations would be perfect.

3 How Did Bode Survive Order 66?

Bode Akuna stands on the Mantis in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

The big reveal in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is not only that Bode Akuna has betrayed you and your allies but that he is a former Jedi. Bode struck a deal with the Empire to find out who what Inquisitor his wife, but also to help lead them to Cal. His goal was to crush everyone in his way after learning about Tanalorr so that he'd have a safe place for his daughter to live.

So, we know a good amount about his time after surviving Order 66, but how did he do it? We've seen many Order 66 scenes, including Cal's experience. What circumstances allowed Bode to escape that period with his life?

2 Is Kata Going To Be Okay?

Kata Akuna smiles down at BD-1 near in the front of the temple on Tanalorr in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

Kata is Bode Akuna's daughter. She is the sole purpose for his actions, however misplaced they were. The young girl doesn't want to live alone on Tanalorr, and her mother is gone. She really had nothing left but her father and had to go along with whatever plans he put into place. Now, Bode is dead, and Kata is on the Mantis with Cal, BD-1, Merrin, and Greez.

She's left with strangers to care for her on a battered old ship. That's not the best life for a little girl to live. So, what's going to happen? Will she resent them for killing her father? Is she force-sensitive? Or maybe Cal and Merrin tie the knot eventually and adopt her? There are a lot of questions regarding Kata's future.

1 What Will Happen To Tanalorr?

The Mantis floats in space after coming out of the Abyss and seeing Tanalorr for the first time in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

The Empire is not aware of Tanalorr, but there's no way that will remain a fact forever. If Cal's hope to use it as a station for the Hidden Path becomes a reality, someone will end up spilling the truth to the bad guys. That's just how things happen in Star Wars.

Maybe we'll finally get a happy ending for something in the series? The planet's purpose remains up in the air right now, and it will be interesting to see how it is occupied. Cal's plans are very noble, but that could also be the planet's downfall.
