If you're one who just plays for the story and doesn't go after collectibles or full completion, you definitely missed some stuff. Even if you're the opposite and do everything possible, there's still a chance you didn't see all that the game has to offer. Star Wars Jedi: Survivor has something new for you to find around just about every corner.

10 Crossguard Vent Customization

The Crossguard Vent is tilted upward on Cal's lightsaber in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

The Crossguard lightsaber came to fame in Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Kylo Ren used one, and Cal Kestis has the same option in Jedi: Survivor. This adds vents near the top of the weapon's handle that alter the appearance and handling of the lightsaber.

If you didn't use it that often or just weren't paying attention, you probably missed the vent customization option. At a workbench, you can customize your lightsaber to your liking. While on the Crossguard option, you can change the angle of the vents to add even more personality to your version of Cal.

9 Cal's Rare Emotes

Cal Kestis uses the Force to briefly deconstruct his lightsaber in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

There are some secret animations for Cal and BD-1 in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. The game doesn't tell you about these at all, so there's no doubt you missed them. One has you hold the down directional button on your controller, and Cal will fist bump his little droid companion.

In addition to that, there are several idle animations for Cal Kestis. More often than not, you'll see him spin his blaster around his finger, stretch, or just inspect his lightsaber. If you stay idle long enough and are a bit lucky, you'll see him pull his saber out with the Force and deconstruct it with his mind.

8 More Than Just Roger Roger

Cal hangs from a ledge and listens to two B1 Droids have a conversation in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

Slicing up some droids in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is pretty satisfying. This game depicts lightsaber combat well, so there's no shame in going straight after a B1 Battle Droid when you see it. Especially when you know it'll get cut in half or lose an arm during your attack.

For those without patience, you missed some amazing dialogue. If you're sneaking up behind some droids or just hearing them from below a ledge, wait before you strike. You will hear some hilarious conversations that callback to how the droids interacted with each other in the Clone Wars series.

7 Give A Rancor A Bone

A large bone is trapped in the mouth of a Rancor in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

There's a strong chance you didn't even face the Rancor in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. It isn't a main story boss battle. You have to search for it; when you do, you're trapped against the massive beast until you can defeat it.

You aren't stuck with using your blaster or lightsaber in this battle. Much like Luke Skywalker did in Return of the Jedi, you can shove a bone into the mouth of the Rancor. This stalls its attacks for a moment, so you can deal some damage. It is one of the more subtle Easter Eggs in the game.

6 Foreshadowing Caij Vanda's Fate

Cal Kestis jumps towards a wanted sign with his face on it as one with Caij Vanda on it is next to it in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

The game starts on Coruscant. Cal and his new crew set a trap for a senator to gain important intel for their rebellious efforts. As you run through the Empire's core planet, you'll see a sign showing Cal Kestis as wanted.

The wanted sign next to it shows Caij Vanda. This is a character you meet on Koboh and may not realize it is her at the time. This is pretty great foreshadowing for her own bounty eventually being collected later on in the game.

5 Citizen With A Secret

Cal sees Soont Madas' dead brother in his basement in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

There's an odd house that you can't get into on Koboh. You'll have to wait until much later in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, once you've obtained every special ability for Cal. As you approach, those eyeball security droids will poke out and cause quite the distraction. Pay them no mind.

Cut the tubes, pull off a panel by the door, and get BD-1 to slice it. Dash through the laser gate to meet Soont Madas. He is very clearly paranoid, and you need to use a Jedi Mind Trick to calm him down. After the conversation, head to his basement to find his dead brother, who he killed. Soont will attack you, and you'll need to dispose of him to safely exit the house.

4 Trontoshell Trust

Cal has used his taming ability through the Force to bring the Trontoshell's head down towards him in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

The Trontoshell is one of the first landmarks you'll see when you crash down on Koboh. This massive creature is harmless, but its size is nevertheless intimidating. You'll see that for yourself as you make your way to the Rambler's Reach settlement.

Later in the game, you'll obtain the Force ability to tame creatures. This allows you to mount some for travel and befriend the giant Trontoshell. Head back to it, use the ability, and it will lower its head. You can jump on its tusks for a ride that leads to an area filled with collectibles.

3 Like My Father Before Me

Boba Fett stands on Koboh after tying up Caij Vanda in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

If only completing the main story is your thing, you have missed out on loads of side quests in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. This includes a side quest littered with bounty hunters. You're tasked with taking them out before they can get to you. And at the end, Caij Vanda is your final test.

She gives you the quest in the first place but betrays you because she really just had you kill her competition. After you defeat her, she gets captured after a wonderful scene featuring the most feared bounty hunter in the galaxy, Boba Fett. If you didn't bother with this quest, you missed a great cameo.

2 An Echo Of Vader

Cal approaches the Force Echo on Denvik's desk, revealing his encounter with Darth Vader, in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

One of the best parts about Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is that you can go back to every planet after beating the game's main story. There is a ton of exploration left and many collectibles, Easter Eggs, and secrets to discover. One of those focuses on Lord Vader himself.

He makes a surprise appearance on Jedha in a pretty tough boss battle. This, however, is a Force Echo with his iconic breathing. Return to Nova Garon, the imperial base within an asteroid. Go to Denvik's desk, where you encountered the officer on your first trip. Interact with the Force Echo to hear him say "It's you," followed by the breathing and Denvik being Force Choked to death.

1 Draw Me Like One Of Your Mogus

A Mogu poses while B1 Droids draw it in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

The strangest Easter Egg is all of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is definitely something you missed. You have to shimmy through a narrow pathway for a handful of minutes before reaching it. It isn't rewarding at all, but it is very funny.

The location is a cavern not far from the Mantis on Koboh. You'll climb some vines, hop over to a ledge, and move through the passage. Eventually, you'll enter a space where multiple B1 Droids are drawing a Mogu, who is sat in a seductive pose. Unless you were explicitly told of this, there's no way you found it while playing the game.
