Bone fragments can be difficult to find at times, but that's why we are here to help. In this guide, we are going to go over how to find and farm for bone fragments, as well as what you can do with them. First, let's take a look at the best ways to farm this resource.

Where To Farm Bone Fragments

There are two main ways that you can farm bone fragments, which we are going to take a look at below. It's important to remember that although you can find this resource in other locations, these two methods will be the most efficient.

Dig Site On Ginger Island

The Dig Site is located in the northern part of Ginger Island, to the left of the Island Field Office. The bridge leading to the site will initially be broken; to repair it, you will need to give 10 Golden Walnuts to the nearby parrot. Once you repair the bridge, you can enter the area and rescue Professor Snail from the cave that he is trapped in.

In the Dig Site, you can find rocks, bone nodes, clay nodes, and mahogany trees. Bone nodes are essentially rocks that contain bone fragments. Bone nodes have a chance to spawn every day if there is enough room available in the Dig Site, so be sure to check back every day.

The Mines

Bone fragments can also drop from skeletons found on floors 71 to 79 of the Mines. The entrance to the Mines is located in the mountains area of the valley, north of the Carpenter's Shop. Upon defeat, a skeleton will drop between one and three bone fragments.

To farm bone fragments like this, take the elevator to floor 70 of the Mines and search for skeletons. Once you reach floor 79, you can leave and start again at floor 70. The layout of the Mines will change once you do this, and more skeletons may appear. If you want to move quickly, try not to linger on a floor for too long. For example, do a quick loop around the floor to look for skeletons, and then leave. You can search for a ladder to proceed to the next floor by mining rocks or using bombs to clear large sections. Alternatively, you can also place stairs crafted from 99 stone.
