While playing Story of Seasons you'll quite rightly have a focus on running your farm. There are crops to grow, animals to care for and many other chores to do. However, it's not all work, work, work. You can also build up friendships in the town and even romances. Talking to town residents, giving gifts, and participating in events will all help you feel part of the community.

The game also offers a choice of six bachelorettes that eligible bachelors can strike up a relationship with. All of these women have different looks, likes, skills, backgrounds, and personalities. Here we've compiled a list of all the information you need to help make a choice between these lovely ladies.

6 Elise

Story of Seasons bachelorette Elise sounding superior

Elise comes from a very wealthy family and has always been surrounded by luxury and comfort, leading to her becoming spoiled and selfish at times. While she did decide to start a farm she doesn't actually do any of the hard work. Instead, she is considered the manager of Margaret Farm and has workers doing the manual labor.

She's far more interested in the farm making a profit than anything else, and spends her time supervising and giving directions to her many staff. If you have a true passion for farming then she's likely the wrong choice. She's very opinionated and often shares her views. She sees herself as superior, thanks to her luxury mansion and ranch, yet she's actually incredibly lonely and insecure. Her father never gives her any attention and she feels overshadowed by her sister. Elise is very much a product of her upbringing.

5 Licorice

Licorice is very much a lover of nature. She traveled to Oak Tree Town from far away, where she used to help out at her uncle's orchard. She's always loved studying plants and believes they have their own spirits that respond to their treatment by humans.

She won't be around at first, as she appears at the bridge near the Paddy field in the Summer of year two or later. After that, you'll see her frequently wandering around the wild areas just outside of town.

The budding botanist can be socially awkward and scatterbrained but she's kind at heart and often has her mind on her research, rather than the world around her.

4 Angela

Angela is Veronica's daughter and lives at the Guild Hall. You'll often find her in the back-office clinic, where she works alongside Doctor Marian. She's very conscientious and likes to be efficient. She keeps Marian on track and worries about her mother too much.

You'll find her to be calm and collected, with a kind heart. She rarely shows emotion, which may be linked to her job. Sometimes she's a little brusque but she means well. She's also very involved with her work and supporting her mother and can push herself too hard.

3 Iris

Story of Seasons Iris has been thinking

Iris is Mistel's older sister and she is a writer. She produces a range of novels in different genres and has a wealth of experience and knowledge about writing, often drawing on real-life events for inspiration. Iris doesn't let the small things bother her and is a breath of fresh air.

She's very kind and caring but can be a little overprotective of her brother. She lives life at her own pace and is often found writing, spending time in Mistel's Antique store, or wandering around town.

She may also be in Klaus' home since the pair are good friends with both being a little older than the other singles in town. However, she's quick to reassure you that friends are all they'll ever be. If you can cope with that, you could do much worse than Iris.

2 Lillie

Story of Seasons lillie helping out others

Lillie lives with her sister Melanie and dad Maurice at the Inn in Oak Tree Town. She strives to be the best big sister possible and loves to help out the other town residents. Her passion is the weather and she adores cloud gazing and is fascinated by atmospheric phenomena. You'll find her on your TV reading the weather, a job which means she's largely absent during the week.

She can be a little hesitant and unsure, which can come across as disinterested but she's actually just nervous and shy, especially around guys. Going to an all-girls school means she's not used to being around them. If you can overlook her timidity regarding romance, she's kind, caring, and cares a great deal about everyone around her.

1 Agate

Agate joking around in Story of Seasons

Agate is the ranger of the Safari Park and she loves animals of all types. She's incredibly knowledgeable about both animals and nature and spends her time in the wilds of the town, looking out for the animals in the area. She's calm and friendly and well-liked by the local residents.

While she won't appear until Fall of your first year, when you'll see her in the Guild Hall with Veronica, she's worth waiting for. Not only will she happily show you the Safari Park but she also has some adorable flower events. If you're also an animal lover then she's a top choice.
