Having a popular internet presence can be both a blessing and a curse, as creating content and connecting to viewers can easily take a darker turn if a fan takes it too far and, unfortunately, Twitch streamer Lisa Vannatta, also known as STPeach, now has some experience in that arena.

She decided to confront an alleged stalker in her Twitch chat, who goes by jacknbaking. Vannatta publicly exposed many threats made against her and her family. Screenshots of the messages were uploaded to image-sharing site Imgur. In them, Vannatta notes jacknbaking threatened her safety for nearly a year.

There were a number of times when Vannatta asked jacknbaking to leave her alone. Vannatta said that jacknbaking also leaked her personal information. Instead of a direct rebuttal, the user stated that they were having family problems. They also stated that they had said a lot of things out of anger as well. Understandably, Vannatta didn’t forgive them since there's no way to know if the threats are legitimate.

Other users in the chat agreed with Vannatta’s caution. Some of them suggested that she go to the police, while others just voiced their disgust. Though jacknbaking said that they didn’t remember making certain threats, Vannatta argued against this, saying that she had all of the messages saved.

This isn’t the first dangerous situation that the streamer has been in, either. She also fell prey to catfishing by her manager who lied about his age, which led to her YouTube and Twitter accounts getting suspended in 2018.

Though it seems like the current issue has not yet been resolved, it's clear that STPeach has had enough and might take action against jacknbaking.
