You can make your character into a variety of different races with magical properties in Sun Haven. An elf with wings, a lizard person... The options are vast, but most people would like to change their hairstyle and outfits a couple of hours into video games.
However, continuous customization of your farmer is not immediately accessible. There are buildings in different areas around town that you have to repair in order to use them. You must grind towards unlocking a clothing store and salon in order to start looking and feeling your best.
How To Repair The Clothing Shop
There is a clothing store in town. It sits directly above the hospital and seasonal stall. You need five pieces of Fabric, 3,000 coins, and 25 wood planks to repair the store.
To acquire Fabric, you need to turn Silk into Fabric using a Loom. Craft a Loom using the Crafting Table. You can collect Silk from spiderwebs on trees.
Trees on your farm as well as in the western or eastern forest may sometimes have shiny webs on them that you can shake off with your scythe or sword.
Planks are created from wood logs at the Crafting Table.
Every day, the clothing store will showcase four different pre-made outfits. You can purchase a whole outfit, or you can talk to Emmett behind the desk to buy individual pieces of clothing, which also reset every day.
How To Repair The Salon
There is also a salon just beside the clothing store above the hospital. The salon is where the real magic happens. This too can be repaired but for 30 wood planks, ten Fabric, and 3,000 gold coins.
The best way to earn extra money, aside from your crops, is by selling fruits and seashells every day passively on the side.
After repairing the salon and interacting with the vendor, you gain full access to the original Character Creator screen as if you were just starting a new game. In the salon, you can change your race, hair, eyes, and more permanently for a fee.
How To Change Your Appearance
When you use the salon, you get an instant change once you leave. For the clothing, you will need to take your current clothes off and put your new ones on.
Clothing takes up item slots, so you may want to invest in crafting a wardrobe or a chest specifically for clothing.
To switch clothing, simply open your inventory and drag and drop your top or pants off. Instead of storing clothing, you may also sell them by putting them into your selling Portal.
