The Sun Haven Mines are what allow you to level up your gear and collect necessary ore such as Mithril or Sunite. But what about the other mines? There are two other towns in the game that have their own designated mines. Everything you can find in the Withergate Mines is only useful for activities within that town.
When you start exploring them, you will find completely new material for a whole different purpose. If you plan to move your home to Withergate, you will want to grind away in the mines. Every material, enemy, and more can be found below.
How To Access Withergate Mines
The Withergate Mines are located just outside your Withergate apartment. When exiting the lobby of the apartment, walk right until you find stairs going down beneath the map. This leads you to the Withergate subway station.
You will find two stalls and a Ticket Monster in the subway station. At the first stall, as you enter the station, Batrick will sell the game's second-strongest armor set. The Anubis armor set.
He will also sell different colored Glorite Crystals. These Glorite Crystals are a consumable that permanently increases a stat. At the second stall, Bloberta will sell gemstones you can find in the mines and potions to help you survive.
The Ticket Monster is where you purchase a ticket to enter the mines. In the Sun Haven Mines, you can freely enter the mines at no cost. In Withergate, you can only enter if you have purchased a subway ticket.
Entering cost regular Withergate Tickets. The cheapest subway ticket, Economy Ticket, will take you to a small mine system. The more expensive the ticket, the bigger the area you will get.

Withergate Mine Materials
You cannot find normal ore in the Withergate Mines. Only Withergate-specific materials. If you are looking to complete the Sun Haven museum, you will need to keep an eye on items you may find from mining.
The Withergate Mines is where you will find a Book of Dynus chapter. The books are a chance drop while mining.
The most important material in the Withergate Mines is Candy Corn Pieces. The only true "ore" you find is orange candy corn rock nodes.
Candy Corn Pieces are a type of currency that sit in your inventory and can only be used to purchase items from the stalls in the subway station.
The three gemstone nodes you can find in the mines are not really ore either. Gems from candy nodes can be used to craft powerful potions using an Alchemy Table.

Withergate Mine Levels
When you buy a subway ticket and take the train into the mines, you get a random chance on what type of mine you'll get. There are Candy Woods mines, Witch's Hollow mines, and Pumpkin Mines.
These different types of mines do not affect the material and nodes found within the mines. They are just themed differently for variety, like the Sun Haven mine floors every ten levels.
The only difference is that the enemies will be different in each biome. They will be the same level but may have different attack patterns and physical appearance.
Withergate Mine enemies will drop currency such as Tickets, Mana Orbs, and Candy Corn Pieces. Occasionally, they drop gems like Hard Butterscotch Gem or Fire Crystals.
