The Tales Of franchise has many, many games under its name. Although it rivals the likes of Dragon Quest and Final Fantasy, some feel that it has surpassed it in some ways. One of the most prominent ways of showing that are the many protagonists that have come and gone over the years similar to the previously mentioned franchises. Each which share their own personality quirks that makes them stand out in their own way, with some even arguing it surpasses other franchises. Many of whom, people found to be quite relatable. The franchise also went on to have its own form of anniversaries.

Aries are a courageous sign that appears between March 21 to April 19 and is known to be full of energy. Beautiful confidence and optimism that allows them to basically go through any situation. However, this is also contrasted by their weaknesses which is their impatience and moody temper that can flare up. This impatience and moody temperament fit well with the character of Senel Coolidge the protagonist of Tales Of Legendia, who doesn't mind starting fights and going past adversity. However, he turned into someone kind and willing to fight for his friends.
9 Taurus - Reid Hershel
One of the most patient signs to appear within the zodiacs are the Taurus. Appearing between April 20 to May 20. When it comes to a given situation, they tend to ground things in reality and determine what's the best course of action. Depending on the decisions that they make, the character can be kind or he could be incredibly cold. Nonetheless, he is willing to help his friends whenever he can, which fits well with the Gemini.
7 Cancer - Velvet Crowe
The most difficult and hard to approach zodiac are Cancers, who appear between June 21 to July 22. On top of being tenacious and ambitious with their goals, they can be quite pessimistic and even insecure. However, they are able to balance that out with their loyalty and helping those that they deeply care about. Due to everything that Velvet Crowe has gone through over the course of Tales Of Berseria, it would explain why she is extremely cold at the beginning. However, through the course of the game, she eventually starts to open up and be close to her allies.
6 Leo - Lloyd Irving
Similar to the Aries in the zodiac signs, Leo's are passionate and cheerful people who can be great leaders. They love to hang out with their friends and enjoy the company of others. However, this also leads to them being quite stubborn and have a sense of arrogance. All of which also borderlines with them being lazy at times. Lloyd Irving is the protagonist of Tales Of Symphonia and through his character development, he goes from a naive and somewhat idealistic person to a kind-hearted person. Appearing between August 23 to September 22, they enjoy nature as well as any form of animal life. Due to what he has gone through in his life, Asbel Lhant starts to become very self-aware of his actions. Going as far as to doubt his past and go in full of responsibility.
4 Libra - Sorey
There are very few who are as balanced and as well-minded as the Libra. Appearing between September 23 to October 22, Libra's pride themselves on being diplomatic on their goals. This is contrasted by their negative aspects since they don't like confrontations. Not only that, but their value with harmony tends to make them quite indecisive when it doesn't go their way. Due to Sorey's place as the Shepherd of his era, he has to constantly steer away from taking a side in a conflict due to fear of being taken by Malevolence. Not only that, but his personality fits a Libra where he is calm and well-minded.
3 Scorpio - Milla Maxwell
Scorpio's are the type of people who like to be assertive with any decision they have in mind. They are passionate and can be resourceful when necessary. Showing up between October 23 to November 21, they have a determination that many might envy. But this can also make them quite distrusting with others and can have a violent side to them. However, they are known for their strong friendships. Milla Maxwell is a very assertive person as she is determined to do everything she can as a Maxwell. Going through anything to ensure her duties done right. Despite her limited interaction with humans, she is able to forge strong bonds that stuck ever since.
