If you've watched cartoons at all in the last thirty years, then you probably owe a debt of gratitude (and sweet, sweet nostalgia) to the prolific voice actress Tara Strong, whose resume is longer than Spongebob's To-Do List. She's found a perfect part in everything she's worked on, from Cartoon Network to Nickelodeon, from Marvel to DC, and from our hearts to yours.

But she's also in video games...a lot of video games. On the odd chance that you've never ended up falling down an IMDB rabbit hole to see who's where and in what, we've compiled a few of her... stronger credits. Bad puns aside, there are no weaker credits (let's be real here) to tarnish Strong's still ongoing career. Her voice ranges from bubbly and cute to sickly sinister and even just a normal, everyday voice you'd hear on the street.

10 Little Red Riding Hood - Shrek Series

Little Red Riding Hood in Shrek game

No story that mocks fairytales is complete without a little Little Red thrown into the mix, and Shrek is no exception. Although she's relegated to minor cameos in Shrek 2 and Shrek the Third (so much so that her voice actress is uncredited), her part in the Shrek video games is far more significant.

That's where Tara Strong comes in. In the five Shrek games where Lil' Red is featured, Strong's portrayed her voice every time, which only further proves that she is literally everywhere.

9 Rikku - Final Fantasy Series

Rikku in FFX

Final Fantasy 10 introduced the world to Rikku, a thief/alchemist who is also an Al Bhed and daughter of the Al Bhed leader Cid. She has a sparkling personality and reappears in Final Fantasy 10-2 as part of YRP (with Yuna and Paine). Rikku is directly in Strong's wheelhouse as a perky, bright-eyed, vaguely threatening ingenue.

In Final Fantasy 10-2, her role was significantly expanded, but even after her initial reveal, Rikku endeared herself to fans. Many cosplayers have also portrayed her various costumes from the series.

8 Paz Ortega Andrade

Paz Ortega Andrade in Metal Gear

The word "paz" means "peace" in Spanish, which makes sense in a very Hideo Kojima sort of way, considering he opted to use the word as the name for his horrifically abused child soldier. Paz Ortega Andrade, one of many divisive characters in the Metal Gear series, is unique to this list in the sense that the most impressive thing that Tara Strong brought to the piece was not giggling through the entire recording session.

Her dialogue is odd and stilted, and the voice that they settled on for her is... deeply unsettling.

7 Dil Pickles - Rugrats

Dill Pickles in Rugrats

Strong is known for portraying many roles in famous cartoons. Apparently, Strong is so adept at duplicating baby sounds that the first time she went into the studio to improvise a baby's wail, she had to stop because it caused a new mother who was in earshot to start lactating. That's kind of an unconventional five-star review for a voice actor, sure, but full marks nonetheless.

Perhaps that's why she's voiced a staggering number of babies over the years in everything from Avatar: The Last Airbender to Lemony Snicket's A Series Of Unfortunate Events. That being said, Strong's time on Rugrats as Dil Pickles is easily the OG infant. She's brought him to life in two game titles with Rugrats: All Growed Up - Older and Bolder, and Rugrats: Studio Tour.

6 Bubbles - The Powerpuff Girls

Tara Strong Bubbles best characters

The Powerpuff Girls starred a trio of super-powered sisters who fought crime and stereotypical gender roles. To the boys who skipped it for the premise, you missed out big time... both times. Tara Strong's voice was featured as Bubbles, the perky "airheaded" and sensitive sister who'd just as soon play dolls as wipe the floor with Mojo-Jojo's face.

While her personality felt more specified in the reboot than in the original, her distinct squeaky tone stirred the perfect mental image of just who exactly Bubbles was as a person, no matter what year the episode originally aired. This could be because Strong has admitted to feeling a strong kinship with the role. Strong has appeared at Bubbles in two games with The Powerpuff Girls: Relish Rampage and Cartoon Network Racing.

5 Timmy Turner - Fairly Odd Parents

Timmy Turner in Fairly Odd Parents

It's an open secret that no one sounds more like a pre-pubescent boy than a grown woman with a little phlegm in her throat. Tara Strong helmed more than one series about a middle-schooler with special abilities and somehow every single one of them became an instant classic.

Strong's portrayal of protagonist Timmy Turner in the cartoon Fairly Odd Parents has made its way into three video games: The Fairly Odd Parent's: Breakin da' Rules, Nicktoons: Attack of the Toybots, and Nicktoons: Battle for Volcano Island.

4 Batgirl

Tara Strong Batgirl

Fun fact! Tara Strong is Batgirl, or rather, Batgirl is Tara Strong. That made sense, right? That is to say that, instead of doing an altered voice for Batgirl, Tara Strong was just herself. Whereas she often utilizes distinct voices for her roles, it's rare for Strong to use her own voice, totally unchanged, which is exactly what she does for Barbara Gordon.

Strong has been a member of the Bat-Fam for nearly a quarter of a century and has portrayed Batgirl in approximately fifteen projects, three of which were videogames; Batman: Rise of Sin Tzu, Batman: Vengeance, and LEGO DC Supervillains.

3 Ben Tennyson - Ben 10

Ben Tennyson in Ben 10

It started when an alien device did what it did, and ended with a handful of spin-offs and at least one unfortunate artistic makeover that no one asked for. But everything in between was beautiful, thanks in no small part to Tara Strong's undeniable pull as the title character Ben Tennyson, otherwise known as Ben 10.

Although he shares plenty of similarities with Timmy Turner (including vocal tonality), he gets the privilege of growing as a character, whereas Timmy is so eternally stuck that it became a plot point. Strong has appeared as the boy hero in two separate video games: Ben 10: Omniverse and Ben 10: Protector of Earth.

2 Harley Quinn

Tara Strong Harley Quinn

Since she's voiced the character in over thirty separate projects, it's easy to forget that she didn't originate the role of Harley Quinn, and while Tara Strong's portrayed DC's Clown Princess of Crime more times than any other actress, that honor belongs to Arleen Sorkin. Despite the feeling that Strong has been Harley Quinn forever, her first appearance as the role was actually in the 2011 title Batman: Arkham City, the second game in the series.

Many fans were sad to see someone else voicing Harley in HBO's titular show, but ended up lauding Kaley Cuoco's portrayal of a post-Joker Harley.

1 Raven - Teen Titans

Raven in Teen Titans

The half-demon daughter of DC's Satan-Stand-In, Raven is a critical member of Cartoon Network's Teen Titans series, voiced by Tara Strong. Raven is unique for Strong in the sense that practically every character she voices is either boisterous, bubbly, or outright insane. Raven, on the other hand, is the definition of subdued wit, showcasing Strong's emotional range in a far more complex way than her standard over-the-top counterparts.

So far, the Teen Titans have only been the focus of a single, self-titled video game back in 2006, but they brought the entirety of the main voice cast along for the ride. That punched up the enjoyment factor for the cartoon brawler, but Strong went on to voice Raven in Injustice: Gods Among Us, too.
