Gamers have watched Tetris evolve over the last three decades and that evolution now involves the classic puzzle game on mobile. N3TWORK has debuted Tetris Primetime through a new trailer that flaunts exciting and rewarding new features straight from your portable device.

Tetris Primetime brings the format of a live game show to mobile gaming by offering more than $1 million in annual cash prizes. This competitive way of playing your favorite pastime is free to enter and features a brand new trailer to encourage your winning streak to begin. The trailer teases the classic brick breaker music before introducing host Millen Baird who explains the details of the nightly game show where you can compete against players from all over the world. Baird revealed that he would be checking in frequently with new videos and updates on the franchise while also revealing the three in-game modes featured in Primetime.

The first is Tetris Royale that lets you play against 100 other players in a battle to be the victorious one. Tetris Together allows friendly or feisty competitive play with your family members or friends that features in-game voice chat to support any trash talk. Lastly, Tetris Marathon brings the mobile game back to basics that allows players to play in solo mode and beat their scores for personal satisfaction. Millen “Mills” Baird will supposedly feature on all of these modes to applaud your winnings and hopefully feature a different polo shirt every time he appears.

Founder and CEO of N3TWORK Neil Young explained that the devs wanted to create an evolution of Tetris that retains all of the classic features of the game dear to retro gamers hearts, while modernizing the gameplay with smashing rewards. N3TWORK wanted to put gamers skills to the test, skills that they’ve perfected for years, and challenge them with competitive gameplay. The social aspect of being able to compete with family, friends and Tetris lovers from all across the world was one of the company's main features for Primetime, especially while some parts of the world still lie in quarantine.

Tetris Primetime has fused together the 1984 classic with the rush of a live game show format that will commence, just like a live show, at 7:30 p.m. every night. President and CEO of Blue Planet software Maya Rogers confirmed the demand for live Tetris play, where gamers' victory can now have its place in the spotlight for all to see. It covers all the needs of a Tetris player, whether you want to take on the rest of the world, have a chill game with friends and family or play in solo mode under the bed covers at 2am.

Tetris Primetime is currently available in select countries with more to be added and can be downloaded from Google Play or the App Store.
