Billed as a live service game with "hundreds" of "legendary vehicles," The Crew: Motorfest will feature themed events, unique challenges, and online multiplayer. Confirmed platforms include PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S, Amazon Luna, and PC.

Starting tomorrow, The Crew fans will get first crack at Motorfest in a series of closed beta tests. Dubbed the Insider Program, these closed tests will last several months and require players to sign an NDA. The first phase of testing will last several weeks and be limited to PC players only. It's also not an open test as just 2,000 of the most dedicated The Crew 2 players will be invited to join. Those players can expect invitation emails to arrive in their inboxes shortly.

After the initial phases of PC testing, Ubisoft Ivory Tower confirms that other platforms will open up as the game nears launch. As for when that launch might be, that remains a mystery, but we know it'll be sometime in 2023.
