Have you heard the good news? You can make Lloyd's coworkers love him even more by buying them stuff to hang up in their rooms at HQ. Of course, Lloyd can also partake, decorating his own room in style. Trails from Zero knows the value of the good old-fashioned material object, it seems.
While there aren't exactly a ton of room decorations to be found, they're all in somewhat obscure locations, and snagging them all can be a hassle without a little guidance. It just so happens you're on a website with video game guides, reading about precisely the guide you'll need to find all this stuff. Fancy that.

The Elegant Vase is inside the Times on Central Square, specifically at the General Store on the first floor. The Wall Clock can be purchased at the inn at St. Ursula Medical College. Confused? It's easy to forget, but the lowest floor of the side building, which can be entered on the left side, prior to the main hospital building, is technically an inn. Speak with the lady at the counter here.

Sitting Mishy, the more extravagent of Tio's pair of strikingly similar gifts, can be purchased from Imelda's shop starting in either Chapter Two or Chapter Three (further research is required on our end). As for Wall Mishy, it'll pop up at the General Store alongside Elie's Elegant Vase at about the same time.

Randy's Ilya Poster joins Elie's and Tio's Department Store finds at the same exact shop, making for a three-for-one deal when you visit. His Darts Set defies the customs set by everyone else's decorations; rather than costing 10,000 Mira, it takes 1,000 Tokens from the casino at the Entertainment District.
You can either buy it outright by converting 5,000 Mira to 1,000 Tokens, which is still kind of a steal relative to everyone else's major gift, or you can try your luck with poker and other gambling minigames. 1,000 Tokens isn't a lot, so it shouldn't take you a long time.
