In a new event announced yesterday, players were invited to be a apart of the grand wedding of Aragorn and Arwen.
As of yesterday, players can travel to the great Citadel of Minas Tirith to watch the iconic marriage between the King of Gondor and the ethereal elf of Rivendell. Minas Tirith will also play host to a Midsummer Festival event running until July 20 that will include an unmissable festival for all. The invitation to players welcomes their presence at this memorable event for fans of the series during Middle-earth's Midsummer's Day in the year 3019 of the Third Age.
The official website informs players of their chance to earn titles, a kite, an emote and more for completing tasks within the Midsummer Festival event. The statement also spoke of wedding themed gifts that were added to the daily and weekly Hobbit Gifts. 'A Time of Celebration' follows King Elessar before the wedding ceremony and the parallel running Midsummer event will offer a quest that provides players with a map to Minas Tirith. The 'Great Wedding' announcement also outlined the silver 'Boosts' and gold 'Advanced Supplies' that would include an extra cosmetic gift while the game celebrates the wedding event.

The wedding symbolizes the death of the Dark Lord Sauron's evil forces and also welcomes in the Fourth Age.
