Filling out reports is the business career's daily task. To join the business career you have to find a job either at the computer or on your Sim's phone.

The Business career has two branches and you'll have to decide which one you'll want to pursue when you reach a certain level. You can either go continue the Management branch or the Investor branch. Whichever you choose, your Sim will start off as a Mailroom Technician earning 17 Simoleons per hour.

As soon as you start your new job as a Mailroom Technician in the Business career, you're going to receive a daily task to complete. In this case, you'll get the Fill Out Reports daily task and you will have to complete it before your next shift at work.

To do this you will only need access to a computer, so you don't even need to own a computer. If you're running low on money, you can simply go to the library and do it from there, rather than from home.

There are a lot of different interactions on the computer. Your instinct is probably to search for the option to fill out reports on the Career tab but that's actually not where you'll find it.

You can fill out reports in The Sims 4 by going on a computer and selecting the "Web" tab, then you'll find the "Fill Out Reports" option. This is how you can complete your job's daily task.

Just like every daily task, as you progress the percentage will go up from 25% until it's complete. Completing 25% of the tasking takes around 30 in-game minutes meaning it only takes about two Sim hours to complete filling out reports. Hopefully, this will help you manage your time so you can complete it before the start of your shift.
