Geralt is a strong and hard-working individual who never really gets must peace. This is because, in the world of The Witcher, Geralt's primary job is to hunt monsters, which also involves interacting with tons of humans.

As fans know, Geralt isn't usually a huge fan of people and often gets annoyed with his job because of them. What would happen if Geralt got transported to Earth, though, would he like it any better, or would he hate everything about it? Below are some things that fans think that Geral of Rivia would both love and hate about living on Earth.

10 Like: The Peace

The first thing Geralt would likely notice is that the Earth is much more peaceful than the world he is from. There aren't many monsters running around to slay, and people are much more civilized. There wouldn't be much work for him to do.

Geralt would likely love the fact that he isn't being attacked by monsters all the time and would enjoy being able to relax. He would probably even laugh at some of the things humans complain about in our world.

9 Hate: Lack of Jobs

One problem that he would have is getting money due to the lack of jobs available to him. While Geralt could make a decent bounty-hunter, getting started would be a problem for him since he has no money to feed himself with.

Geralt would most likely have to take a small job in customer service to help get himself started on Earth.

8 Like: Transportation

There aren't any portals for him to cringe at in this world. The chances are high that Geralt would actually not mind being driven around in a car. He may even be able to get behind traveling on a plane to other countries.

No having to worry about sketchy portals that could teleport him into the middle of a scoring desert.

7 Hate: Lack of Horses

Geralt would likely miss Roach and the ability to ride a horse everywhere. Modern cities and towns aren't equipped to support travel on a horse, and in many places, it would be illegal to ride them, like on a highway.

On top of that, Geralt couldn't just ride through backyards, or he would likely end up getting arrested by the cops.

6 Like: Tinder

Geralt loves meeting beautiful women, and as strange as it sounds, he probably would enjoy Tinder. Tinder would give Geralt the ability to talk to multiple women at once and establish several special friends around the world.

Geralt would most likely settle into easy dating programs and enjoy no commitment relationships that don't involve sorceresses. Who knows, maybe he would even actually find love on the app.

5 Hate: Dating in Modern Times

If Geralt ever wanted to pursue a serious relationship, though, he would likely hate the process. Geralt is used to going off on his own and not having to carry around a phone to talk to Yen and Triss.

In our world, he would have to be connected 24/7 and learn how to go on dates, buy flowers, and to remember birthdays.

4 Like: No ne Knowing His Name

Geralt hates that he is so well known and just wants to be left alone. If he came to Earth, he wouldn't be noticed everywhere he went, which would be a major perk. He would probably enjoy mostly blending into a crowd.

The only problem is that Geralt would have to adopt a more modern fashion sense in order to not stick out.

3 Hate: Social Media

While Geralt may enjoy the basic Tinder app, he would hate things like Facebook, where he is expected to talk to his friends. Geralt would most likely never make an actual social media account and would only be a lurker on places like Reddit.

Geralt isn't the type to take selfies or try to impress his friends with fancy pictures of the places he has traveled.

2 Like: The Laws

Geralt would likely enjoy the laws of the world as they keep the people in place. No having to worry about tons of murder or being discriminated against. Geralt could simply relax and call the local authorities if he has any issues.

Geralt would also love the fact that he doesn't have to worry about sorceresses trying to manipulate the laws behind the scenes.

1 Hate: Working Customer Service

As mentioned above, Geralt would most likely have to start with a job in customer service to make some money. Geralt already hates people, and thinking of him dealing with irate customers would be hilarious.

Geralt would most likely hate his job, and chances are that he would get fired by the first week or become a manager from his lack of reactions.
