Happy Thursday, folks! It's that time of week again where we give ourselves a bit of a pat on the back and highlight some of the best features on TheGamer that you might have missed, but should really be checking out. Modesty is the best policy, I know.

This week has seen a wide range of different topics, including reactions to the reveal from a recent Star Wars book that Obi-Wan might be bisexual, to new information on the next Tomb Raider and how it might be a good thing for the series.

We've also got pieces on Xenoblade Chronicles 3 having a non-binary character, the troubles of Game Pass giving us too much freedom with our games, and a Stray-inspired lookbook so that you can dress like the game's surprisingly stylish robots.

Obi-Wan

Obi-Wan Season 2 Needs To Explore His Sexuality

The recently released Star Wars spin-off book, Padawan, contains some text that heavily hints at Obi-Wan being either bisexual or asexual, a side to the character we haven't really seen explored. News and photo editor James Troughton thinks that's a good development of Obi-Wan's character, and that we should see more of it covered in a second season of the Obi-Wan Kenobi show. More representation is always a good thing, especially in characters that have never had it explored.

Xenoblade NB 2

Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Has A Non-Binary Character And You Need To Get Over It

Speaking of representation always being a good thing, Xenoblade Chonricles 3 has a non-binary supporting character, Juniper, and that's great. Lead features editor Jade King is preempting all of the bigotry and hate that she usually gets for highlighting something that should be celebrated in gaming and saying that if you have a problem with it, you should simply get over it. It's really that easy.

Tomb Raider

Don't Write Tomb Raider Off Because Of The Leaks

One of the bigger bits of news to come from this week was leaked details on the next Tomb Raider game, currently codenamed "Jawbreaker". Reactions to the leaks have been fairly mixed, with some noting that it sounds less like Tomb Raider if it has a group of people raiding tombs, among other things. TheGamer's editor-in-chief Stacey Henley argues that the new Tomb Raider actually sounds like a great idea for evolving Lara Croft and the series, especially when it's in the middle of its longest drought ever. Just give new things a chance, yeah?

Game Pass, Netflix, And The Curse Of Having Too Much Choice

In this day and age (wow, I apparently just became elderly after saying that), we have more choice than ever in how we consume our media with services like Game Pass and Netflix. Features editor Andy Kelly reckons that we've been cursed with power, however, and writes that none of his experiences feel as meaningful or in-depth now that he's not spending money on each individual thing, and that it's actively stopping him from experiencing more games properly. Sometimes, less is more.

Get The Look: Stray Edition

Finally, let's end things off on a high note - don't Stray's robots look bloody brilliant? Features editor and apparent fashionista Ben Sledge has done us all the favour of studying the fashion from some of Stray's robot inhabitants and then finding where you can, say it with me, Get the look. Who knew that robots wore Prada? Expensive Prada at that.
