There is quite a bit going on in the world of PUBG Mobile this week, but not much on PC and console. Season 13 for Mobile has now been announced for May 13, which was slightly sooner than we all expected to see it rolled out.

The new season brings another Royale Battle Pass, maps, and several other changes. Update 1.18.0 will be the first to arrive, with the Miramar map, new game modes, and new weapons. This also marked the reveal of Vikendi 2.0. One of the biggest changes is the addition of the new AG currency. This can be earned through the completion of daily, weekly, and monthly missions. This new currency will allow players to acquire things like basic or elite Royale Passes without spending any real money.

In esports, the PUBG Mobile India Series 2020 is now open for registration and will remain so until May 17. 256 teams will face off in the first round of the tournament, with thousands of teams expected to sign up for the in-game qualifiers between May 20-24.

In PUBG for PC and console there is still no word of when players will be getting a dedicated ranked mode, so for now its bots a plenty for everyone.
