Among the many collectibles and challenges available to complete in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands are the Shrines to various gods and goddesses that can be found in the Overworld. Each one is a different colour, so they're easily distinguishable.

Location Of The Shrine Of Zoomios
The Shrine of Zoomios can be found in the first, grassy section of the Overworld. It's up on a cliff near a Dungeon Door.
How To Get The First Shrine Piece
You can obtain the first Shrine Piece just by completing the dungeon nearby.
It's a big dungeon door with several encounters you'll need to complete one after another, making it longer than the other dungeons you encounter in the Overworld. At the end, there's a significant boss (in this case, a mushroom creature called 'Frondstrosity') that will give you the Shrine Piece when you kill it.

The Shrine dedicated to Grindanna, the patron god of experience, will give you a buff if you track down all the missing Shrine Pieces.How To Get The Second Shrine Piece
The second Shrine Piece is in a dungeon in the icy part of the Overworld.
To access this icy area, you'll need to complete the quest for Borpo, a carpenter in the grassy plains. Once you do, he'll build a rainbow bridge for you to cross!
Once that's done, look for a dungeon that looks like a mine. When you approach it, Tiny Tina will tell you that a Shrine Piece is hidden inside! Just complete the encounter to get it.
How To Get The Third Shrine Piece

The third Shrine Piece is also in the icy region, though it looks grassy. Cross the long bridge to access the dungeon door you'll need to complete.
As with the other dungeon doors, this is a series of three encounters you'll need to complete back-to-back. In the end, you fight the boss (a bandit called Bucket Head with, well, a bucket on his head) and earn the Shrine Piece!

You may have noticed one of the Zoomios Shrine Pieces hiding behind some huge wooden doors. You can't melee your way in - you'll need to complete a quest, first! Talk to Paladin Mike in Brighthoof to get the quest 'A Realm In Peril' and complete it by entering three camps in the Overworld and defeating the enemies there.
These camps are marked on your map when you activate the quest and there are plenty around, so you shouldn't have trouble finding them.
After you defeat three camps, Paladin Mike will tell you to go find his Knight Intern, whom you'll find outside the gates of the Shrine Piece! As your reward for completing the quest, the Knight Intern unlocks the gate for you.
Your Reward For Completing The Shrine Of Zoomios
Once you have all four of the Shrine Pieces, return to the Shrine of Zoomios! As your reward, Zoomios increases your walking speed in the Overworld.
