Surprising absolutely no one, Toph—from Avatar: The Last Airbender—has been officially announced as the final character for Nickelodeon’s All-Star Brawl base roster. After the reveal trailers for Aang and Korra, the countdown on the Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl website reset, indicating another character would be coming today.

This wasn’t exactly a shocking reveal, as pretty much everyone knew the character was going to be Toph, thanks to various leaks. Toph was first seen on a leaked version of the game's front cover. There have also been references to her within the trophy list, and she has been alluded to multiple times by the game's developers on the official Discord channel.

The new trailer shows off some of Toph’s earthbending abilities, and of course her general hand-to-hand combat skills. The trailer is brief, but you can get a feel for the kinds of combos that you’ll be able to pull off while playing as Toph.

In other Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl news, we also know that the game will be getting DLC support going into the future, and that two more characters are going to be added for free after the game’s launch. Some of the characters already found in the game include Danny Phantom, Helga, SpongBob, CatDog, and plenty more.

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl will be here on October 5 for Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, and PS5.
