Triangle Strategy, Square Enix's highly rated turn-based tactical role-playing game, is filled with enjoyable moments and a memorable story. This is mainly due to the fact that it doesn't simply let you read the words on the screen, and instead employs a series of renowned and talented voice actors to tell the story for you.
There will likely be more than one occasion in which you hear the voice of the Narrator, Serenoa, or Silvio and wonder if you recognize the actor behind this rich character. There's a good chance you do, since this is undeniably a star-studded voice cast.
10 Silvio Telliore: Orion Acaba
Despite not being the main character, Silvio Telliore is one many will remember. That's partly due to how the character is written, but mostly due to the distinct voice behind this non-playable Lord of House Telliore, who seems to have a lot to say about the poor main characters.
Many will recognize this voice, especially if they are fans of Dungeons & Dragons or Critical Role. This is because Silvio is voiced by Orion Acaba, who previously played the role of Tiberius Stormwind in Critical Role's first campaign. Acaba is also known for his voice roles in Just Cause 4, and the Phoenix Wright series.
9 Serenoa Wolffort: Shai Matheson
As the main protagonist of Triangle Strategy, Serenoa Wolffort is the voice many will hear the most, which seems like a gift when analyzing how well this character has been voiced, particularly in the English dub. It is filled with emotion, hilarious comments, and joy that seems to be infectious.
Serenoa is voiced by Shai Matheson, whose voice many will recognize from his roles in Horizon: Forbidden West, Bleeding Edge, Another Eden, and Dragon Quest 11. He is a skilled artist, and brings depth and feeling to his role in Triangle Strategy.
8 Roland Glenbrook: Alan Lee
Prince Glenbrook, or Roland to others, is a rebellious young prince who avoids his responsibilities at all costs. Nevertheless, he is still a nobleman who quickly becomes stand out due to his expert portrayal by Alan Lee.
Lee has been acting since 2008, and his resume is filled with memorable characters, including voice work for anime like Kuroko's Basketball, Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon, and One Piece. Perhaps his most famous role is that of Makoto Edamura from Great Pretender, in which he easily showcases the same emotional range that players can hear in Roland Glenbrook.
7 Anna Pascal: Samantha Dakin
This nimble-footed character has been through a considerable amount of pain in her time, so the voice actor had to be able to easily convey this element of heartbreak without letting it dominate the character. Samantha Dakin pulls that off incredibly well.
Dakin is a very talented actor who is able to convey the emotional truth of Anna Pascal's backstory through her delivery. Beyond Triangle Strategy, Dakin is known for voicing Maya Fey in the Professor Layton vs. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney and for live-action roles in Outlander and Hyde Park on Hudson.
6 Benedict Pascal: Adam Harrington
As Anna Pascal's adoptive father, Benedict is a forceful man with enough experience to prove himself to be a master strategist to House Wollfort. Voice actor Adam Harrington brings an understanding of the character's rash youth and the calm and wise persona the character has gained with experience.
The voice acting itself is undeniably skilled, just like many of Adam Harrington's other roles in various games. Particularly, Harrington has voiced characters in several Telltale Games, most notably protagonist Bigby Wolf in The Wolf Among Us.
5 Frederica Aesfrost: Emma Ballantine
Frederica is never afraid to speak her mind and is an incredibly powerful, strong, and determined character throughout the entirety of Triangle Strategy. Luckily, all this personality has been perfectly captured by voice actor, Emma Ballantine.
Although Ballantine has a fairly short resume, the voice actor seems to be rapidly rising the ranks of the industry and has appeared in big games like Cyberpunk 2077, Final Fantasy 14, and Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space.
4 Erador Ballentine: Wally Wingert
As the rather jovial Erador Ballentine, voice actor Wally Wingert brings a lot of pride, strength, loyalty, and kindness to the heart of the game.
Wingert is an actor who has more than likely voiced one of your favorite video game or movie characters. Wingert is probably best known for playing The Riddler in multiple Batman stories, including Arkham Asylum. His voice acting resume is long and includes recurring roles in Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, The Garfield Show, and DC Super Friends.
3 Geela Breisse: Penelope Rawlins
This extremely intelligent young girl is a favorite among many players already. She steals the show with her knowledge and interesting background which is defined by her pressing on in the face of societal pressure. This personality is wonderfully brought to life by the fantastic, Penelope Rawlins.
While Rawlins is generally more known for her roles in children's television such as My Friend Peppa Pig, it is a joy to see her expanding her field of expertise. She has undeniably proven her skills and the variety of characters she is able to voice never fails to impress.
2 Hughette Bucklar: Erica Mendez
As a girl brought up on the streets, Hughette Bucklar has a different upbringing from many of the main characters. Erica Mendez creatively brings this distinction to life through the language, personality, and vocal elements of the character.
Mendez has been a successful voice actor for many years and has recently voiced characters in big video games like Rune Factory 5, Scarlet Nexus, and Final Fantasy 7 Remake. She's also voiced characters on a variety of successful anime including Pokemon, Sailor Moon Eternal, and Boruto: Naruto Next Generations.
1 The Narrator: Lucy Newman-Williams
Despite the lack of a name, The Narrator is the voice players will hear the most. This character has to relay the facts and make the story gripping and entertaining. Lucy Newman-Williams brings the full weight of her talent to an important role.
Many will know Newman-Williams for her roles in Dying Light 2, LittleBigPlanet 3, or her live-action roles in The Wire and Red Dwarf. She has an impressive range and that is perfectly reflected through her wonderful voice work as The Narrator.
