TwitchCon 2019 ended on a wholesome note Sunday afternoon when Twitch streamer Pokimane decided to host a pizza party to give back to her fans and celebrate the last day of the convention.

Imane Anys, better known by her online Twitch and YouTube username Pokimane, was one of the many guests at this past weekend's annual TwitchCon, a three-day convention in San Diego celebrating streaming platform Twitch, its streamers, and its fans. Pokimane is a popular streamer, with nearly 3.5 million Twitch followers and almost 4 million YouTube subscribers.

On Sunday, the last day of the convention, Pokimane tweeted out a video, informing her followers that she had rented out a local pizza place and was holding a pizza party to give back to her fans. The tweet itself simply stated the time and address of the meetup, along with the caption, "let's end off TwitchCon on a good note."

The tweet quickly gained popularity with thousands of likes and hundreds of retweets. After the event, Pokimane tweeted out again dubbing the "first poki pizza party" successful and thanking everyone for coming out. The tweet included another video taken during the pizza party, showing the line to the pizzeria that snaked down and around the block. Though the line is long, the event appears to be orderly and safe, with no rowdy fans or patrons, likely thanks to the security that Poki promised fans in her invitation video.

Though TwitchCon and Twitch streamers have produced their own fair share of drama this weekend, it's lovely to close off the convention with such a wholesome event from a streamer and her fans.
