All of Ubisoft's games will allow you to upgrade to their next-gen versions at no additional cost if you buy them on Xbox One or PS4.

Microsoft recently announced that Rainbow Six Siege is coming to Game Pass, so you'll be able to enjoy Ubisoft's tactical shooter as part of your Xbox Live subscription. Last month, the game got its big Shadow Legacy patch, adding Sam Fisher and a bunch of map improvements.

If you're planning to jump between different platforms next-gen, Ubisoft Connect is a new cross-save system for Ubisoft games that allows you to carry progress between even competing platforms.
