The only redeeming quality is that at 3 ¾ inches talls, it’s more cute than creepy, and probably won’t be able to eat you.
Humans that were mutated by the V-ACT process, their rare traits cause a second mutation if they’ve already been infected with the t-virus and seriously injured as zombies. Lickers have exposed brains, and have a lack of skin, showing all their tendons, which doesn’t seem to bother this little guy.
