Back in June, we first saw the unannounced Castlevania Advance Collection surface, as the collection appeared to be rated in Australia. It seems likely that the collection will include the Castlevania games from the Gameboy Advance, given the name that appears. This would include Circle of the Moon, Harmony of Dissonance, and Aria of Sorrow. In this initial rating, it was stated that the games would be “multi-platformed," though it was not specified which platforms this reffered to.
Later in June, we saw the collection rated for the PC, this time coming from the Korean classification board. It’s stated to be “for 12-year-olds,” though this is likely meant to just indicate 12 years old and up.
While the rating from the Korean classification board made it seem like the collection would be exclusive to PC, we’ve now gotten yet another rating, this time from the Taiwan Digital Game Rating Committee, which shows the collection rated for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC. This is the first time that the platforms have all been specified.
Despite receiving ratings now in several regions, the Castlevania Advance Collection has yet to get an official announcement. However, it’s likely that with more ratings, an official announcement is bound to happen sometime in the near future.
