It's been revealed that Uncharted 4 is likely going to be the next PlayStation franchise heading to PC, according to a leaked Sony document.

A Sony Investor Relations document has been released online, bringing with it a whole bunch of information that Sony probably won't be pleased to see in the hands of the public. One such piece of information is the possibility of Uncharted 4 coming to PC at some point in the near future.

One of the sections of this document talks about "New Vector Growths" which is a fancy term for how PlayStation titles are performing on different systems. As you can see in the "Off Console" section under the heading "More PC releases planned," the logo for both Days Gone and Uncharted 4 can be seen.

It was announced in February that Days Gone would be hitting PC, so it's possible that Uncharted 4 on PC might be a lot closer than we think. Sony has steadily released its best exclusives on PC, starting with Horizon Zero Dawn last year, as the company looks to move some of its more prestigious franchises onto other systems. It was really only a matter of time before Nathan Drake found himself on PC as well.

It's also worth pointing out that the document also pretty much confirms recent rumors regarding Sony's efforts to expand the PlayStation brand to mobile. While the document doesn't name any potential franchises getting mobile spinoffs, PlayStation boss Jim Ryan recently talked in a corporate strategy meeting that the idea is currently being explored. Its inclusion in this document suggests that it's definitely part of Sony's plans.

In regards to when we could see an Uncharted 4 PC announcement, it was recently confirmed that PlayStation will have some kind of presence at Geoff Keighly's Summer Game Fest so it could possibly be announced there. Other than that, Sony could be waiting for E3 to die down before it announces its own standalone showcase later in the year as the company is once again skipping E3 this year.
