July is chair month, apparently, because it seems like every chair manufacturer on the planet is announcing new products this month. Vertagear has its new crystal-embedded chair thanks to a partnership with Swarovski, D-Box has teamed up with Cooler Master to make a haptic gaming chair, and Secretlab just announced their 2022 line starting with its new Titan Evo.

And now, Mavix has announced a partnership with Valkyrae to create her very own special edition gaming chair. You might recall Valkyrae as one of the most-watched streamers on the internet where she can be seen gaming on her beloved white Mavix M9 chair, so it's only natural for Mavix to want to extend its partnership with Valkyrae into something a little more special.

And very limited. The new "Raevix" gaming chair, as the special edition chair is called, is only available between now and July 31. After that, you'll have to just settle for a regular Mavix M9 chair.

The Raevix comes with all the same features as the M9, "including four-dimensional arms, dynamic variable lumbar support, adjustable head and neck support, infinite-position deep reclining mechanisms, M-Wheels, and more." It comes in black or white with opposite-colored embroidery, and there's an optional upgrade for Elemax heating, cooling, and massage technology.

“My partnership with Mavix has been great so far and I was stoked when they reached out to do a collab on a custom chair!" Valkyrae said in a prepared statement. "This is my first ever custom chair and I hope my community loves it as much as I do. It was great to work with their design team to capture my aesthetic."

You'll need at least $1059.99 to reserve your Raevix, which is $60 more than a regular Mavix M9. You’ll also need to act fast because after July 31 the Raevix will be gone for good.
