Bind has been one of the earliest maps in Valorant, and it is relatively unique as a result of the teleporters that it features. In January 2023, Riot removed the map from the map pool, only to re-add it with the 6.08 patch in April 2023 after multiple reworks.

The map is now quite enjoyable to play, and you can have a great time playing it in the various game modes. To make your experience even better, you can select the agents that work the best on this map. This will give you a slight edge if you use their abilities appropriately.

10 Gekko (Initiator)

Gekko has begun to grow among people, and many users in the community didn’t like him when he was initially released in March 2023. He could be an excellent pickup on Bind, and his abilities could come in clutch when you play him as the secondary Initiator, preferably alongside Skye.

Essentially, his Dizzy (flash) could help you around A Short and B Long, while you can use Mosh Pit to clear out positions like Cubby. Coming to Wingman, it can prove crucial during clutches, and you can employ him planting/defusing the spike.

Finally, the usage of the ultimate will vary based on the situation.

9 Harbor (Controller)

With two Controllers being a meta on Bind, Harbor could be one of the selections you can consider making in Valorant. The Indian-based agent’s smoke (Cove) ability can be quite helpful, and you can employ it to cover out Elbow on B or Heaven on A.

Moreover, the High Tide and Cascade walls can be appropriately utilized to block off angles, allowing you to push onto a site and take control. The Reckoning ultimate might not be too good, but it can be employed when executing or retaking.

8 Jett (Duelist)

Jett is considered Valorant’s best Duelist, and she works on practically every map, including Bind. Although she is not the go-to pick on this specific map, her abilities make her a viable option if you know how to play the agent.

While attacking, you can use her Tailwind to quickly push into Lamps on the A site or onto the B site. Meanwhile, her Cloudburst can temporarily help you cover angles, and her Updraft enables you to get on top of boxes, aiding you to play unexpected angles.

The Blade Storm ultimate is very potent too, and you can employ it during eco rounds.

7 Cypher (Sentinel)

His Neural Theft ultimate can be very valuable as well, and you can use it on a dead enemy to know the positions of the others.

6 Fade (Initiator)

Fade’s kit makes her quite beneficial in Bind, so keep her in mind when playing the map. You can use her Haunt to disclose opponents’ locations, whereas the Prowlers can clear away Lamps and other close-range places when accessing the sites.

Furthermore, you can use the Seize ability to drag opponents playing Cubby and other tight angles. It can also be coupled with Raze’s grenade, but in the end, her Nightfall ultimate is superb while you and your team are pushing on either attack or retake.

5 Brimstone (Controller)

Brimstone is the perfect Controller for this map in Valorant and can be a good part of the team composition. With three smokes, you should be able to smoke out all of the essential angles, such as Heaven, towards Truck, and so on.

The Stim Beacon can serve a good purpose for your team, and you can deploy it to give yourself an edge in a gunfight. Additionally, the Incendiary grenade can push off opponents from angles like Cubby, which is excellent for post-plant situations.

Usage of the Orbital Strike can be done appropriately as well, and you have to be smart with it.

4 Sage (Sentinel)

Despite Cypher being an excellent Sentinel, Sage is the one you ought to prefer in Bind. Her Slow Orbs are ideal for slowing down opponent pushes, and with the entries across the map being so narrow, they will be highly advantageous.

On the other hand, the Wall can be placed on positions like Hookah to block off mid or the teleporter, and you can learn some Grim Walls to boost yourself in weird spots. The Healing and the Revive ultimate can finally be utilized to aid the team immensely.

3 Skye (Initiator)

Skye is perfect on Valorant’s Bind map if you enjoy playing the Initiator role. You can creatively use her flashes on the narrow angles to blind the opponents and get your teams the critical kills.

In the meantime, the Trailblazer is perfect for information, and you can use it to clear off positions such as A Showers, B Elbow, and more, depending on the site you are committing.

The ultimate can be used for information purposes as well. Don’t forget about the Healing that she can provide to the teammates.

2 Viper (Controller)

Viper stands out as arguably the best Controller on Bind, but you will typically need to pair her up with Brimstone or another Controller for the team to perform better. Speaking of her abilities, her Wall can cut off a majority of the A site or B site with you only having to worry about specific angles and pushes.

Her Smoke can be thrown at Default on both sites to secure a plant, while the Snakebite is perfect for after plant. The Viper’s Pit ultimate can further be a game-changer and enable you to secure a round by itself.

1 Raze (Duelist)

On the Bind map of Valorant, no other Duelist has the same influence as Raze, so you must choose this agent if you know how to handle airborne maneuvers. Her Boombot is excellent for clearing Lamps, U Haul, Showers, and many other locations.

Her grenade can be pretty influential too, and with narrow angles being present across the map, you can use it correctly to deal considerable damage to opponents. Lastly, the Show Stopper ultimate can turn the tide in your favor inside the round, and you can get a kill or even multiple using it.
