Safe Zone Locations

Vampire: The Masquerade - Swansong galeb outside of a safe room

This Scene can be quite long, and many interactions will require the use of Hunger to perform. If you don’t want to go on an accidental killing spree, then you will need to know where all the Safe Zones are. Once discovered, you can convince certain NPCs to follow you for a quick bite to eat.

  • Ground Floor - Garden Storage near the indoor jungle
  • First Floor - Up the stairs and to the left, inside the library, is a safe Archive Room. You can also find an important document on Dajan in this room.
  • Garage - A room near Garbage Disposal is a Safe Zone.

How To Access Locked Doors

Vampire: The Masquerade - Swansong galeb talking to Ethan Adams in Moore's apartment

There are two locked doors in Moore’s apartment, and you will need access to them if you are to complete your investigation. In the sitting room, there is a house attendant, Ethan Adams. Talk to him, and he will hand you the keycard at the end of the conversation.

You can optionally use Rhetoric and Deduction to gain additional information about Moore, his marriage, and the bodyguards he has hired.

Jara Drory’s Documents Location

Vampire: The Masquerade - Swansong Galeb questioning Dana Lehane

To get Jara Drory’s documents, you will need to head upstairs and take a left. Take another left and you will bump into Dana Lehane - a Ghoul posing as a police officer. You will be required to use the Dominate discipline to obtain the documents. You can continue to use Dominate to gain additional information on Jara.

To do this reliably, you need to have Dominate at level two. You can find a concoction in Garbage Disposal that can boost your Domination Discipline. If you don’t have the stats, then wait until you have picked up this item later in the scene.

It will also cost a lot of Hunger, so make sure you are well-fed before you engage and try to abuse your vampiric powers.

How To Find Hidden Panic Room

If you have been paying attention, you may have noticed several references to a Panic Room being built inside the Moore's apartment. This room is well hidden and requires a bit of sleuthing to find. To open the panic room, go to Jason's Bedroom, and head into his ensuite.

From here, interact with the mirror and click on the telephone icon. Now enter PURA VIDA, or 78728432, onto the mirror and hit CALL. This will open the secret Panic Room.

This is an alternative exit to this level. Make sure you have done everything before entering.

How To Escape With Jason Moore Alive

Vampire: The Masquerade - Swansong Jason Moore injured and Galeb clenching his fist.

Inside the Panic Room, you will find Jason Moore. This will lead to a scripted scene where Galeb tries to escape the apartment. You have several options when it comes to escaping and to get Jason out alive, you need to make sure you do the following:

  • Don't kill any of the Officers on the way out
  • Have enough Hunger to use Presence and Dominate four times.

You can make this step much easier if you have found and ingested Quentin King's Vitae in Wyatts garbage pile. You will still want to make sure your Hunger Gauge is empty, however.

This isn't the end. Once you escape the police officers, you run into Dana Lehane. You will be given the choice to hand Moore over to her or to take him yourself. If you hand him over, Moore lives. If you refuse, Lehane will gun him down.
