110 Industries announced three games at the Tokyo Game Show last night. First was Red Goes Faster, a likely racing game coming sometime in 2024. The second was Vengeance is Mine, a mecha combat game that will arrive sometime next year. And third is Wanted: Dead, a hack-and-slash action title from former Team Ninja staffers who worked on Dead or Alive and its T&A spinoff, Xtreme Beach Volleyball.

We don't know a whole lot about the game itself, but we do know a lot about Wanted: Dead's sci-fi world thanks to two trailers. Synthetic workers are facing political backlash and those who have cybernetic upgrades are unfairly persecuted. Lt. Hanna Stone, leader of the "Zombie Squad" elite forces, is tasked with taking down an escaped cyborg prisoner and apparently killing a whole bunch of people along the way.

Early alpha footage shows gameplay that seems heavily inspired by Ninja Gaiden, with swords taking off limbs while slashes get interspersed with gunshots from a pistol. You can also swap to an over-the-shoulder view to shoot enemies in a more traditional third-person style.

We also know there's some sort of shortage of pork in the future thanks to a bizarre second trailer that features Stefanie Joosten, Quiet from Metal Gear Solid 5, and also 110 Industries' creative director on Vengeance is Mine. In the trailer, Joosten makes tonkatsu and reveals that pork is a rare delicacy and most people have to resort to synthetic meat analogs.

We'll find out more about Wanted: Dead as the game approaches release on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC later in 2022.

If you can't get enough of Joosten, 110 also released another trailer where Joosten introduces Vengeance is Mine, a mech combat game featuring time travel mechanics like bullet time and rewind. The game doesn't comment on the availability of pork in the near future, though.
