Several new titles have reached the top ten in the sales charts in the UK, with the newly released WarioWare: Get It Together and Tales of Arise coming in at first and second respectively. NBA 2K22 comes in at a very respectable third, whilst Life is Strange: True Colors debuts in sixth place.

The rest of the top ten is filled out with expected titles. Despite people claiming they're sick of GTA V, the game is still in the ninth position in the charts, while Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Minecraft, and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe also keep a spot in the top ten.

These sales figures have also revealed that an overwhelming majority of Tales of Arise's sales in the UK were on PlayStation systems despite being a third-party title. The game sold 58 percent of its copies on PS5 and 28 percent on PS4, meaning that only 14 percent of copies were purchased on Xbox consoles.

Tales of Arise fans will also be pleased to see the game's strong performance on yet another platform. The game recently shattered Tales records earlier this week, amassing a peak player count of 60,000 on Steam just two days after release. This means that Tales of Arise's peak player count is higher than every other Tales game combined.

The game is currently available for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.

We also have reviews for both WarioWare: Get It Together and Life is Strange: True Colors which also featured in the sales charts this week. WarioWare: Get It Together is available exclusively on Nintendo Switch, while Life is Strange: True Colors is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
