Twitch streamer Payo inadvertently touched the left-hand side of his keyboard and realized just how disgusting it was mid-game.
2019 is a world where you can literally make thousands of dollars by being good at video games. The world we all dreamed of living in as kids. However, if you want to be one of those lucky few, you have to be pretty damn good at your chosen game. Have you ever tried to play Fortnite against a pro? It is upsetting on a variety of different levels.
If you want to be that good at a game, and remain at a top level, you have to treat it as if it's a full-time job. Being sat in the same spot four hours at a time, eating and drinking there, maybe not showering as often as you should, things can get gross. A glimpse onto the keyboard of Twitch streamer Payo gave us some insight into exactly how gross things can get.
While streaming earlier this week, Payo wanted to demonstrate how much he struggles with his keyboard due to his small hands. When holding up the keyboard, he happened to touch the left-hand side of it, an area he doesn't use. It wasn't until this accidental touching that he realized how gross it had become. So gross that he apologized to viewers as he left the room to go and wash his hands.
Before doing so, he gave us a closer look at what exactly he had discovered, as you can see above. Not something those of you with weaker stomachs will want to look at for too long. There's hair, what we can only assume is food debris, and an overall stickiness to the area. Payo explained that since he never uses that side of the keyboard, he never cleans it. Yeah, we can see that.
The gross state that streamers' work stations have been getting into seems to be a hot topic right now. Payo is most definitely not alone. xQc showed his viewers a table filled with rotting food recently as his mom had been away so wasn't cleaning up after him. Should Payo ever feel bad about his filthy keyboard, he need only watch the footage of xQc's workspace to make himself feel better.
