The Wild Hearts world is vast and rich with easy-to-miss areas. Players go through six unique maps in Wild Hearts' gameplay: Harugasumi Way, Natsukodachi Isle, Akikure Canyon, Fuyufusagi Fort, Sacred Mountain, and Minato. Sacred Mountain and Minato are substantially smaller maps than the first four, and there are virtually no hidden areas. For that reason, we're concentrating on the four big maps.

Some many great tsukumos and talismans are typically hidden in these secret locations, but other than that, the locations are worth checking out if you're a big fan of the game and want to cover all bases.

10 Harugasumi Way: Great Sakura Talisman Location

Wild Hearts Hidden Place Great Sakura Talisman

The Harugasumi Way map and region feature lush landscapes adorned with grass and flowers reminiscent of spring. It’s the first region players will encounter in the game. The area is vast, so we’ve covered many hidden locations that players have potentially overlooked.

The first location features the hideaway of the Great Sakura talisman. You can find it South of the map. You’ll have to use the Flying Vine skill to get to it, since the talisman is on an island.

9 Harugasumi Way: Hunter's Gate Location

Wild hearts Hunter's Gate

North East of Harugasumi Way lies Hunter's Gate Location, which is slightly shrouded and hidden by greenery. You can find it just at the edge of the map after you've gone beyond the main path and passed through healing water and sugar cane deer.

If you want to play online and be more pragmatic, then you'll want to find this Hunter's gate on the first map, since it can give you quest updates.

8 Harugasumi Way: Small Mist Crystal Location

Small Mist Crystal Location

Just North of the Hunter's Gate location we mentioned in the earlier entry, you'll find a small mist crystal location where you can find some crystals to awaken dragon pits later on in the game. The location is also hidden but not too far from the main path.

Be sure to collect these crystals while you're still in Harugasumi Way, since they only spawn on this map, and you'll need as many crystals as you can get. It's always better to be prepared than miss out.

7 Natsukodachi Isle: Tsukumo Location

Natsukodachi Isle Tsukumo Location

Located North of the Map (slightly towards the East) is a Tsukumo location. If you've already gotten to the Natsukodachi Isle map, then you might have overlooked this one, since the spot is a little bit off-path and secluded.

The Tsukumo is just North of a small and beatable kemono called Sparkshower Monitor. If you've already encountered this kemono then the Tsukumo is just nearby as you can see in the picture. It's also quite close to a Hunter's Gate, just South East of it.

6 Natsukodachi Isle: Beach Cave & Tsukumo Location

Natsukodachi Isle Beach Cave & Tsukumo Location

A beach cave can be found North East of the Natsukodachi Isle map where you will also find a hidden tsukumo on top of one of the rocks. The area is located just south of the Evergreen Talisman if you've already found it. It's also close to a Hunter's Gate location and lies just a bit East of it.

Natsukodachi Isle, just like the first map, is huge and expansive, so it's worth the trouble to revisit the map to find extra talismans and tsukumos.

5 Natsukodachi Isle: Island & Tengu Talisman Location

Natsukodachi Isle Tengu Talisman-1

Located at the very North of the map is an island you can access by using skills like Flying Vine. On the island, you'll find a talisman called the Tengu Talisman. The island is slightly towards the East and just North of a Hunter's Gate and another tsukumo.

The talisman you find on the island is quite useful as well. It can help quell and reduce your hunter's hunger levels.

4 Akikure Canyon: Stone Buddha Camp Location

Akikure Canyon Stone Buddha Camp

If you've made your way to the Akikure Canyon map, then you can try to locate the Stone Buddha Camp.

It's located South East of the map. It's right next to a canyon. A dragon pit lies in the camp, so don't overlook this location.

3 Akikure Canyon: Hidden Cave & Half-Burned Talisman Location

Akikure Canyon Half Burned Talisman Location Cave

North East of the Akikure Canyon map lies a hidden cave that also holds a talisman. It is quite far off from the central region, and it's easy to see why it's overlooked or missed out. As you can see on the image it's just a bit North of a Hunter's Gate location and a Healing Well.

The talisman offers fire resilience which can be useful for handling this map and the kemonos you might encounter.

2 Fuyufusagi Fort: Cavern Camp Location

Fuyufusagi Fort Cavern Camp Location

You've made it to the winter map of Fuyufusagi Fort. This map is as immense, if not more so, as the last three. An easy-to-miss place is the Cavern Camp which lies South West of the map.

It is at the very edge of the map right next to a healing well and just slightly South of a Hunter's Gate from the main path.

1 Fuyufusagi Fort: Tsukumo Location

Fuyufusagi Fort Tsukumo Location

In the Permafrost lake located on the North West of the Map is a Tsukumo location. It's at the top of a rock formation. To ease the struggle of finding it, it's located just a bit North of a small rime crystal deposit and a Silverchrysanth Crane creature.

So, if you've encountered the two and find yourself heading a bit North of them, you will be in proximity to the tsukumo.
