During your time in Yoku's Island Express, you will be encountering a ton of treasure chests. These are scattered in every which way. Some of them are incredibly easy to access and will require almost no effort whatsoever. Others... well, they can be a little more on the devious side. We hope you like carefully detonating slugs. Yes, we did mean to write that.

Yoku's Island Express, Treasure Chest 16

Wickerling, Fruit

When you are in the section of the obtanium mine (which is the section just before you reach the Ivory Peaks Trail), you will see this treasure chest on the right.

In order to get to it, you are going to need to grab a slug, and then wedge it in between the ground and your ball in such a manner that it shoots you up and to the right. It is very finicky. So, be prepared to spend a few minutes trying to get this one.

17

Yoku's Island Express, Treasure Chest 17

Wallet Upgrade

This is a sneaky one. In the first playfield in the Ivory Peaks Trail, you need to shoot the ball to the right in order to get to this chest. What you may not know is that there is a hidden blue paddle (controlled with the left tripper) on the right side of the playfield. Time your shot and shoot it to the left with this concealed paddle.

18

Yoku's Island Express, Treasure Chest 18

Wickerling Tracker, Fruit

This is the most northern chest you will find. It is in the Ivory Peaks Trail section. It is hard to miss, but it is even harder to get. You need to grab a slug from the area on the left, then roll it in front of the pool of lava, and hope you aimed it correctly so that it shoots you across the fiery surface. You don't have much time. So, you are going to need to rush this one.

19

Yoku's Island Express, Treasure Chest 19

Wickerling, Fruit

This treasure chest is located in the underwater cavern section near the start of the game. You will need to have the Dive Fish in order to reach it. Before you are able to get to this chest, you will need to clear the obstruction with a slug. This will require paying 80 fruit to open up the paddle to the right.

20

Yoku's Island Express, Treasure Chest 20
