Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel is the new way to be able to play Yu-Gi-Oh! in an entirely online capacity. However, because it has so many cards available, it can be difficult to find the deck you want to play.

For fans coming from Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links, playing with a familiar Archetype may be appealing. One of these popular Duel Links Archetypes is Six Samurai, which happens to be one of the few decks that were meta in both Duel Links and the TCG at one point. There are plenty of powerful cards available for Six Samurai, making for a great deck.

10 Shien's Dojo

Shien's Dojo is one of the most powerful Continuous Spell cards that Six Samurai has access to. Every time a Six Samurai Monster is summoned, it gets a counter. Then, it can be sent to the Graveyard to special summon a Six Samurai with a Level less than or equal to the number of counters it had.

What makes Shien's Dojo so good is there's no limit to the number of counters that can go on it. Six Samurai are going to be special summoning a lot, and Shien's Dojo is very important for its most important Spell.

9 Shien's Smoke Signal

Every Archetype wants a powerful searcher, and Six Samurai have access to one of the best. For no cost, Shien's Smoke Signal can search out any level Three Six Samurai Monster, which they have no shortage of.

Not only that, but it's not a once per turn effect. This means you can use as many copies of it as you can, and easily get to your core combo pieces. Reinforcement Of The Army is a limited card for a reason, and Shien's Smoke Signal is essentially an in-Archetype version of it.

8 Secret Six Samurai - Fuma

Secret Six Samurai - Fuma is the only member of the Secret Six Samurai lineup that saw much play. Duel Links fans will be very familiar with it, and like there, Secret Six Samurai - Fuma is the main Tuner Monster for the deck.

The card is the perfect Level to go into their Synchro Monsters, and even offers protection to other Six Samurai Monsters while in the Graveyard by banishing itself. If it ever gets destroyed by battle or card effect, including its own, it even allows for a free Six Samurai special summon from the deck.

7 Legendary Six Samurai - Shinai

Legendary Six Samurai - Shinai is both searchable and easy to bring out. It's a very key card in the Six Samurai deck, as it creates a loop with Legendary Six Samurai - Mizuho for an infinite amount of summons. Mizuho has to be on the field as well to special summon it.

When Legendary Six Samurai - Shinai gets tributed, you can add a Six Samurai Monster from your Graveyard to your hand. This isn't one per turn, so you can keep using this effect to build up an infinite amount of Bushido Counters.

6 Legendary Six Samurai - Mizuho

Legendary Six Samurai - Mizuho shares opposite effects with Shinai, but can be special summoned under the same conditions. It can tribute a Monster in order to destroy another target on the field. Thanks to the loop, this can completely wipe the board, and give you the proper tribute outlet to ensure Legendary Six Samurai - Shinai's effect goes off.

For the loop you need two Mizuho on the field to destroy so Shinai can add the destroyed one back to the hand. Using Gateway Of The Six, you can bring back the Shinai to the field to be able to special summon Mizuho again, creating the infinite loop.

5 Legendary Six Samurai - Kizan

Legendary Six Samurai - Kizan is the easiest Six Samurai to special summon, as all you need is another Six Samurai Monster on the field to do so. It's a Level Four, which is perfect to use as Synchro Material alongside Secret Six Samurai - Fuma, a combination many Duel Links players may be familiar with.

It has an effect to get a stat boost which comes up occasionally when going for the OTK. Legendary Six Samurai - Kizan is very helpful for building up Bushido Counters due to how easy it is to summon at all times.

4 Battle Shogun Of The Six Samurai

The Link Monster of Six Samurai, Battle Shogun Of The Six Samurai offers an incredibly easy way to get a card out of your deck that you can put Bushido Counters on, most likely always going for Gateway Of The Six. It only needs one Six Samurai Monster and another Warrior Monster to make, something Six Samurai decks have no issue in doing.

Battle Shogun of The Six Samurai can even put Bushido Counters on itself, which can combo with the Gateway Of The Six it searches out. It provides nothing but value, making it a must-run in any Six Samurai Extra Deck.

3 Great Shogun Shien

One of the oldest Six Samurai cards also happens to be one of the best. So long as you have two Six Samurai Monsters you can special summon it. Not only does it have solid stats, it completely prevents the opponent from using more than one Spell or Trap card a turn.

It has built-in protection as well, allowing you to destroy another Six Samurai Monster if it would be destroyed instead. With how prevalent Spell and Trap cards are, Great Shogun Shien can shut down entire decks all on its own.

2 Legendary Six Samurai Shi En

Legendary Six Samurai Shi En is the Synchro Monster for the Six Samurai Archetypes, and one of the best Archetypal Synchro Monsters period. For no cost, you can negate any Spell or Trap card with it once per turn. It isn't a hard once per turn effect either, meaning if you have multiple copies you can use it multiple times a turn.

It can even protect itself by destroying another Six Samurai Monster. Since it's a Level Five Synchro, Six Samurai decks can very easily make it due to how easy it is for the cards to get to that Level.

1 Gateway Of The Six

Gateway Of The Six was the reason Six Samurai were meta, and the reason they're still playable to this day. While it's limited, cards like Battle Shogun Of The Six Samurai can easily search it out. Gateway Of The Six has a plethora of effects, all of which can be repeated as none of them are once per turn.

This involves adding Six Samurai Monsters from your deck or Graveyard to your hand, used in the Shinai-Mizuho loop to keep it going. It can even add whatever Six Samurai Monster you need. It can use Bushido Counters from any card, not just itself for its effects, which is what makes it such an incredible card.
