It's time to duel! A teaser trailer was recently released for the upcoming Yu-Gi-Oh: Master Duel.

Konami - the conglomerate behind Silent Hill and the Death Note video game series - announced in July that three new games that would be released based on popular manga turned anime turned trading card game, Yu-Gi-Oh. The titles being Rush Duel, Cross Duel and Master Duel. However, in the weeks that followed, not much more information was given. However, a new teaser trailer was released for Master Duel on the official YouTube channel for the game.

Master Duel will be a free-to-play game with over 10,000 cards that can potentially be unlocked. Some of the cards featured include the Blue-Eyes White Dragon and the Exodia the Forbidden One - which can be seen in the trailer. Master Duel will be based on the rules from Trading Card Game and the Original Card Game and boasts that this will be the first Yi-Gi-Oh game to have 4K graphics across all platforms.

Yi-Gi-Oh is not the only card based game making headlines as of late. Rumors roared as PlayStation accidentally leaked a new game called Voice of Cards: The Isle Dragon Roars set to be released on PlayStation 4, which could be developed by Square Enix. Additionally, it was recently revealed that the crossover between Dungeons & Dragons and Magic: The Gathering will include the infamous Gelatinous Cube. And if you are of fan of face paced gaming, Neon White is a card-based first-person shooter where a level can be finished in under nine seconds.

Although no official release date has been announced, Yu-Gi-Oh: Master Duel is set to be available on Steam, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S and X, Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android.
