Yu-Gi-Oh!'s 25th anniversary has spawned more than its fair share of sets worth looking at, with none quite as exciting as the Legendary Collection: 25th Anniversary Edition. This box includes booster packs from the most important sets in Yu-Gi-Oh!'s history and special foilings of the game's iconic cards.

One of the sets to receive a rerelease in the Legendary Collection is Pharaoh's Servant, the fourth booster set to come out of the Yu-Gi-Oh! trading card game. While cards from this set aren't as expensive as the game's rarest cards, they can still fetch a decent amount of money if you happen to get your hands on some.

Some card images have been pulled from the original Pharaoh's Servant collection. Individual Card Numbers may not be accurate, but art and descriptions between the two editions remain the same.

10 Chain Destruction - $4.50

Chain Destruction from Yu-Gi-Oh

The Chain Destruction card is a trap that specifically targets strategies relying on low-power monsters to set up– by destroying copies of cards in your opponent's deck; you can stop any further attempts to use a specific fusion or card effect.

An important part of Chain Destruction's effect is that it destroys cards rather than banishing them, which prevents it from being overpowered by requiring you to think before you activate its effect. If a card you destroy gets pulled back out of the Graveyard, you've given your opponent a free path to victory.

9 Goblin Attack Force - $4.58

Goblin Attack Force from Yu-Gi-Oh

Goblin Attack Force is a card that turns typical level scaling on its head, being a standard level four monster with 2,300 attack. The drawback of that intense power is that the card must be put into defense position after it attacks, giving your opponent a chance to take advantage of its non-existent defense.

It may not be the most consistent attacker, but Goblin Attack Force is a perfect defender if you choose to leave it in attack position– past defensive uses, its survivability makes it a great investment when trying to set up for a stronger monster.

8 The Fiend Megacyber - $5.20

The Fiend Megacyber from Yu-Gi-Oh

The Fiend Megacyber doesn't get much use from tribute summoning, being generally outclassed by cards of a similar cost. What makes this card really shine is its effect, which allows it to be special summoned when your opponent has two more monsters than you in their control.

Such an effect lets you rally back from situations where opponents have the numbers advantage, making it a great choice for decks focusing on a single, core monster. This is especially helpful when your opponent needs multiple monsters to summon their ace card, giving you a free summon without affecting your defensive position.

7 The Legendary Fisherman - $5.67

The Legendary Fisherman from Yu-Gi-Oh

As is typical of most cards in Pharoah's Servant, The Legendary Fisherman subverts typical card conventions and leans more into the extreme with both its upsides and downsides. In this card's case, it becomes immune to spells and attacks when the Umi card is present in exchange for not being able to block attacks on your life.

If you have a solid defensive line, The Legendary FIsherman becomes an offensive powerhouse with unparalleled survivability; its attack is further increased by Umi's effect, which pushes it well above 2,000.

6 Nobleman Of Crossout - $5.68

Nobleman of Crossout from Yu-Gi-Oh

Nobleman of Crossout carries a fairly standard monster destruction effect, which ramps up in power depending on the destroyed card; if the card you eradicate has a flip effect, you banish copies of that card that exist in every player's deck. Your cards are also up to be banished, so it's fairly important not to get trapped into destroying your own ace.

Even if you don't regularly find cards with flip effects, the ability to shut down a potential game-winner is extremely useful– rather than allow face-down monsters to apply pressure with the threat of a hard counter, you can eliminate doubt altogether.

5 Call Of The Haunted - $6.23

Call of the Haunted from Yu-Gi-Oh

Though permanent graveyard summoning is likely to be more impactful in the long run, the life that Call of the Haunted temporarily returns to cards in the graveyard can give you the edge when opponents think you're down for the count.

Call of the Haunted can be taken advantage of to summon cards that benefit from being destroyed, making it a possible option for permanent graveyard summoning. Despite the short lifespan of most monsters summoned with this card, they can still bolster your ranks when things start to look dire.

4 Buster Blader - $7.20

Buster Blader from Yu-Gi-Oh

Considering how popular the dragon archetype is, it's not surprising to see cards that have been created specifically to offer some form of counterplay; Buster Blader is a great example of a counter for dragons, gaining 500 attack for every dragon your opponent has on the field or in their graveyard.

Decks focusing on summoning high-level dragons will doubtless have a multitude of low-level dragons on their side of the field, giving your Buster Blader an attack value that can compete with monsters like Blue-Eyes White Dragon or Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon.

3 Premature Burial - $7.57

Premature Burial from Yu-Gi-Oh

Similar to Call of the Haunted, Premature Burial provides monsters with another shot at life after they've been sent to the graveyard. What separates Premature Burial from its cheaper sibling is its permanent effect and higher cost.

For the price of 800 life points, you can use this card on any monster in your graveyard, potentially pulling yourself back from the brink of defeat. 800 life points is still a lot, though, so Premature Burial is a card that must be used with great discretion. Regardless, the card's sheer power is more than worth the high price.

2 Thousand-Eyes Restrict - $13.84

Thousand-Eyes Restrict from Yu-Gi-Oh

It's not earth-shattering to see that a fusion card like Thousand-Eyes Restrict is on the higher end of Yu-Gi-Oh! pricing– the fusion mechanic has always been a great way of rewarding a well-built deck with stats and effects more powerful than those of standard monsters.

Thousand-Eyes Restrict is particularly difficult to fight due to it not only depriving your opponent of a monster but also using that monster as a meat shield while you poach its stats. There's nothing more devastating than having your Blue-Eyes turned against you, so it's best to have this card on your side rather than your opponent's.

1 Jinzo - $27.67

Jinzo from Yu-Gi-Oh

The high cost of Jinzo reflects just how terrifying it can be on the field; the ability to negate all trap cards is something that would be top-tier even as a one-time thing, and yet this card can do it for the duration of its existence.

The way the card lets you ignore an entire aspect of the game is ridiculous, especially because it can be tribute summoned with only a few monsters. Since Jinzo is also a fairly powerful attacker, the only plausible way to stop it is with a spell card, completely limiting the options of any opponent you face.
